Food looks good. To bad I’m never able to try it. Always I’m either late or no one is willing to serve me when they are open and I am standing there. Waiting for food. As good as it looks, I’m still going to stop going here and go where I can be served. Not here where they apparently only put the food out to sit for hours before serving it and or throwing it in the trash.

Took about 5 minutes to get my order taken at the counter, just to be told that they couldnt make the breakfast sandwiches because they’d have to turn on the grill. Mind you that the breakfast menu was the one up at the time. How are you going to have a place called gorilla grill and not use the grill? It’s in the name of the restaurant!

If give them a 5 instead of a 3 except we had a concern about our food… the gal that made it no disrespect but it wasn’t up to usual standard how ever the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was AWESOME!!!!! Made it right and so professional. Didn’t cat h his name but it was at about 8:10pm on Tues the 9th of May 2017. If any of his supervisors read this his is great your company should be proud to have him aboard

So, they have some amazing chicken strips and the staff is very friendly. Tiffany helped me and she was very kind and attentive. They were also very clean which was very comforting given the current climate.

Second time I’ve been in there in the past few months and both times I’ve had a blah experience and both times the same girl was behind the counter. First time she made my burger with hot sauce instead of ketchup and denied it. (Not kidding)
