Wonder atmosphere! Great food!! Stylish decor with the perfect photo station in the waiting area. Took the whole family and we all enjoyed our food! I had the Gordo’s fried quesadilla. I was impressed with such a neat take on a classic dish. The dressing with the salad was delicious. The best part….the queso!!! Get it!!

The food was good except for the bacon in my fajitas. It was burnt hard as a rock. The being said the rest of it was really good. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food. The waitress was very helpful we told her we were in a hurry and she took good care of us.

We love Gordos! Food is great every single time we go. The family that runs the truck are very sweet and personable. It’s also great to sit out at their tables and enjoy the weather during your meal.

The chairs are meant for people with no butt and were very uncomfortable. The food took a long time and the shrimp was overcooked and tough. The service though was wonderful. Meh….probably won’t go back.

Decor was very nice. I found the food very bland. Birras meat was like an unseasoned pot roast, tender but bland. Paradillia beef was tough and tasteless. I got a mix on the meat and it seemed precooked and then added to the peppers and onions. The $12.49 special queso was just melted stringy cheese with meat sprinkled on top. The queso was badly burnt on the bottom of the cast iron pan. The rice and beans were good. Service was very good and they did remove the queso from our receipt.

Food was more texmex than authentic, but it was good. However, the service here is terrible. I had to practically stand up several times and wave to get someone to come over to the table. The wait staff was definitely more interested in their phone than making sure they take care of customers. For this being the only sit-down restaurant open in town, you would think that they would concentrate on making sure customers come back as that’s how they get paid and have a job.

If your looking for REAL authentic Mexican food, this is the place. Newly opened and my first visit was absolutely incredible. The waitstaff was courteous and always checking in on us, the food was delicious and the environment was pleasant. I love the architecture of this building as well, went very well with the food being served!
