Hidden away in a strip mall is this authentic gem. Very friendly staff patiently waited till I read the whole menu and decided. Wanted to try everything and for obvious reasons that was not possible in one visit. However I did my best 🙂 brisket! Amazing, ribs! Just wow, lunch steak! Impressive. I’m already looking for reasons to fly back to LA and try some more of the dishes. Really looking forward for one of the BBQ platers they prepare for a party.

I had an amazing experience at Goodies in the pantry. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and even made me a fresh salad that wasn’t on the menu. But the real star of the show was the food. The brisket sandwich, mashed potatoes and ribeye were mind-blowingly delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s well worth the price. 20/10 recommend.

For a long time I heard about “Goodies in the Pantry “, but I never got a chance to set aside the time to go, until yesterday. Oh, boy! What a treat! If you know to appreciate good finds, and good eats, than chain restaurants will became a joke after your first visit to “Goodies in the Pantry”! REAL FOOD, prepared by REAL PEOPLE! The smell and the aroma in the store/restaurant, it brings you back to earth from the virtual, noisy , busyness and stressful life. I will say, for many of us can be consider therapy, just to seat and enjoy a extremely delicious meal, welcomed by very nice people. As it was my first time here, I’ve got to meet the owner, and by the time I left, it was like we always knew each other. Very friendly people, and the environment will make you feel like home. My wife was driving me nuts about wanting something to eat. Me, I don’t care everything sounds boring. So she said we are going to try Goodies! She nailed it! I loved it from the parking lot you can smell the smoking at work. We are fans and will make this our new spot. Sorry no photos my wife and I were enjoying the food. No time for any of that. We had the meatball soup, flat steak with amazing mash potatoes & a brisket sandwich. Do yourself a favor follow your noise and it will take you to the promise land of amazing food! Next time

I had wild boar with potatoes and pickles and I have to say it was delicious, also the kids had potato soup with smoked pork beyond amazing . The service was great , prices were excellent and the deli is very well stocked. We waited only a few minutes for the food and it smelled like heaven!
