One of my favorite spots but was sorely disappointed. I had 2 pepperoni slices that looked tasty but tasted burnt. I feel like I wasted my money. I cut the slices in half to have my coworkers try because I bragged on how good the pizza is. Yikes… embarrassed to say the least. I turned the slices around and they looked like this. I didn’t bother calling to complain ☹️

Enjoyed my first time here. There are single slices available for a great price. You can also order pizzas and other food. I tried the calzone. Topping choices were excellent. Time I waited was definitely decent. Not too short and not too long. Calzone was completely cooked through which is difficult to find sometimes. I gave them 4 stars on food because thus wasn’t my favorite tasting pizza. I definitely enjoyed the ease and quickness.

Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean. Google labeled this as a “family friendly” location, but there was only a very slim bar with high stools to sit on. So while this restaurant was fine for kids to be in and “friendly” that way, it doesn’t have options for children to seat safely.

I hate to write reviews that are not 5 stars but I felt like I wanted reflect our actual experience here so others will know what to expect. We saw that this place had 4+ stars and choose it for Saturday dinner. There were people loitering inside the restaurant. It wasn’t terrible, but it felt like a hang out. My husband didn’t mind it but I thought it was a bit distracting to staff in my opinion. The pizza was missing something flavor wise. I’m not quite sure how to explain it but It was almost tasty. There was a rubbery consistency to the bread and cheese. Some ingredients like the Mushrooms and pepperoni were delicious and fresh. The other ones: onions, sausage, bell pepper etc, did not taste very fresh at all.

The pizza tour of Indianapolis continues and did not disappoint with Goodfella’s in BroadRipple. We ordered the 16″ size with half of it topped with The Don and the other half was topped with tomatoes, black olives and extra cheese. The Don had green peppers, red onions, sliced Italian sausage and pepperoni . The crust was perfectly cooked. As a NY style pizza sometimes the crust cannot support many toppings without drooping and requiring the NY fold over. In this case the crust was able to support the weight of a lot of toppings. Compared to other pizzas claiming NY style, this one was extraordinary. The crust had the requisite air pockets in the rim and a perfect chew throughout. We ordered carry out . Pulled right up , a perky wait staff rang me up and was delightfully cheerful. Highly recommend Goodfella’s!

The food is alright but honestly kind of simple. If you want to pay high for a slice of pizza by all means, they have a variety of toppings you have to pay individually pay for $2 a piece for meat or veggies. It’s nothing insanely special and it is a small space you can’t comfortably eat in without every other patron who enters being in your business. Also the quarter on the floor is lame, I watched two people pick it up and feel bad for being that down bad for a quarter. These are trying times and with high prices you’re not doing anyone any favors. Every penny helps someone who is already struggling to get themselves something nice. Cover the quarter people don’t find it that funny.
