Would love to be able to give a better review, but they’re listed as being open until 6 PM and we got there at five to a closed up shop. A gentleman was walking up looking curiously to see if they were open and he didn’t appear surprised to see them closed. Maybe the bagels are that good and it’s like a Seinfeld episode where you just get lucky and go when they’re there.

Cosa Nostra was good, had a good amount of lox and the other toppings. Much better than last time I had it, as it was way too salty the first time.

Ordered a dozen bagels, 4 specific kinds. When order came out (stapled shut with 5 staples) was told they were short a bagle so they threw in 2 free waffles. Ooookay, probably would have preferred to pick another bagel had we been told prior to their deciding. However turned out we were “short” TWO bagels, and the jalapeño bagels were literally half the size of the rest of the bagels! The “free” waffle replacements….can you say Eggo? SERIOUSLY disappointing.

This place deserves zero stars. We ordered ahead of time for a quick bite before a funeral. We placed an order for 3 bagels and when we get there they weren’t ready after 30 minutes. They didn’t tell us they were out of everything bagels or cream cheese and only finished one bagel. They were very rude and the workers were fighting with eachother. Very unprofessional. The one in Lansing is amazing but this one is a joke.

Went here last Saturday (Nov.7th). First visit. Arrived at 10:53am and placed my order. The restaurant was packed with customers and people picking up catering orders. I waited until 11:25am for my bagel sandwich. Many people had been waiting a half an hour or more for their orders! . One gentleman had been waiting an hour for three bagels and complaining that the restaurant should have told people up front how long the wait was going to be! . I ended up cancelling my order and getting my money back. I decided to give this restaurant another chance today-Saturday, November 14th. I arrived at 9:15am because the Google website lists the business as open until 4pm. Wrong! . The door was locked.They were not open at all! I ended up going to Bruegger’s Bagels on Grand River instead. They’re were open. . It was a little busy, due to the game today, but I only waited 10 minutes to place my order and pay for everything. I’ve included a picture down below of this store’s hours. Also, online ordering is only for their Lansing location ( past the train tracks on Michigan Avenue), if you’re thinking of ordering. I would love to try this location again, but only Monday thru Friday (maybe right at 7am) when their listed as being open. Hope my review helps other East Lansing residents and visitors! Thank you!☺️

Honestly, I love the food at this place. I used to go regularly and really want to go back regularly but there is one thing that seriously bothers me and its the sole reason I stopped going: they don’t wear gloves. It’s disgusting. I’ll see whoever is preparing my food go on their phone, wipe their hands on their rear, touch the register and tablet out front, then grab my bagel being made bare handed. I’m not the only one bothered by this, my friends and I have all stopped going and I’ve even seen people get ready to order and walk out because they noticed it. If they ever do wear gloves its on one hand and they still use that bare hand to grab my food so it makes no difference. I really do want to go back, and so does everyone I know but we won’t and I’m positive a ton of others won’t either until this has been taken care of. If you’re working in the food industry, especially preparing something directly in front of the customers, wear the proper PPE, it’s gross. I hope this gets taken care of so I can go back and keep getting food from them. Until then, this review is staying up.

Aside from the cheezy theme, this place is HORRIFICALLY slow. Because of their location, they get slammed during breakfast hours, but they can’t handle the traffic. They also don’t have delivery pegged down. Every single person there seems challenged in the multitasking/priority department. If you are working delivery, decline decline decline, with no shame. Same people that are working it now were working it 6 months ago… slow slow slow. Not trying to knock the employees, but they belong in a shoe store selling shoes, not in a downtown EL bagel shop. Dunno if it’s an understaffed issue or just a lazy family hire affair, but avoid at all costs if you are picking up for delivery. Too too slow. Canceled both my deliveries from this place because they are so f’n slow.

Good food, not the best value. I had the bacon egg & cheese bagel with pepper jack cheese. I wanted it on the jalapeño bagel, but they were out, so I got it on the everything bagel. 4 stars if they had my bagel. 5 stars if the $7 or whatever it was for the bagel sandwich came with a hasbrown

This place is so poorly run, I never even got a chance to order. There were only three people in front of me in line, yet I stood there for 15 minutes while the incredibly slow (certainly high) young clerk messed up everyone’s attempt to order food. Then he couldn’t process the payments (& reality) & had to get help from a supervisor. After this happened twice in a row, I came to the decision that this was not a place worthy of spending my money. They should call it Stonedfellas, at least that’d be more honest. Zero Stars!
