I just got some of the BEST customer service of my life at this store. The staff is always friendly and on top of things every time I visit, but today was exceptional! Our pickup order wasn’t quite ready, but we were promptly greeted and offered a drink for our wait. The food came out amazing, as always, and very quickly after our arrival! Thank you again for the amazing service!

We went in on customer appreciation day so it was a little hectic . I definitely gave them BOD (benefit of the doubt) . This location has very friendly staff. They are always welcoming. We have never had a bad order from there. This store is definitely our go to Goodcents.

OMG I was in this place and some guy was almost screaming at some other guy telling him to go home. What a horrible atmosphere to be in for food. I mean seriously work is sometimes stressful enough and getting away from it on lunch the last thing you want to hear is two employees going at it!! Come to find out later it was the owner screaming at an employee who broke their hand when they were attacked in their own home and this heartless manager/owner just yelled and fired them. Heard this from a friend that knew the employee. I’ll never be back.

The staff is very friendly and you just can’t go wrong with the food! Only con is when it gets busy some of the newer staff act a little out of their element. And occasionally they don’t have things stocked. However my family and I love their subs!

I went in to get a sandwich and the lady told me I couldn’t make my own sandwich. I had to get something on the set menu. I have never had this happen. I always make my own sandwich. Staff was very rude and didn’t want to do their job.

Service has been terrible. They couldn’t hear me in drive thru because there was laughter real loud in the feedback. Then, I had to wait for over 10 min for a cold sandwich and a warm drink with melted ice. Not worth the money if that’s what I’m paying for.
