It was my favorite goodscents but the new people running the line are way to cheap on what they put on your sandwich. I know it’s a small thing but when you can see them holding stuff you pay for back it makes you want to go elsewhere. And they have started making you sign your receipt. It use to be fast and top notch I miss it

Wow, I will never spend another cent at this place. Ordered online for $42 thinking it would save me time and be less of a hassle. I waited until the time frame to pick it up when I arrived there was over 12 people in line as normal you walk over to the register for pick up orders I was greeted by supposedly name Nicholas, he told me my order was not ready, and to have a seat. I told him no thanks I’ll stand he replied, with a demanding Voice to take a seat while everyone in line was just staring at me. It felt like he was not going to serve them until I sat down by the way he was staring at me waiting to sit down so I did 25 mins and over 12 over people later I got up and asked the lady working if my food was ready and she replied he didn’t even tell her I was there . I asked for the guys name which she refused to give to me and said they didn’t have a manager . Refusing to give me any names .It wasn’t until I got home, my spouse called them and said unless you give me names I’m just gonna come up and take pictures of all the employees. The lady then was then quick to be able to give me some names but who knows if they are actually their names. Some truly shady business going on if you can’t even provide a name for an employee or manager. I asked three times for a manager’s name and kept being told they didn’t have one.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Suppose to be ready at 7:28, at 7:46 finally gave up and went in. Food was just laying on counter for who knows how long. This was my first and last order from this location. Next time will order from different location.
