Our office goes to this Goodcents, and the food is usually fresh. However, the person who makes the sandwiches goes from taking money at the window and being at the cash register to touching the food with the SAME gloves on. I always have to ask them to put fresh gloves on before making my order. Friendly staff for the most part. The employees just need training on being sanitary.

I placed a very large catering order and was told by the staff at the Ridgeview Goodcents location when I called before placing my order that I could get an 11:15 Delivery on the day I requested, if I just wrote on the order, “Need 11:15 delivery”, which I did. Today when my order did not get delivered at 11:15, I called the restaurant the staff acted like it was no big deal and that my order had not been picked up by DoorDash and was scheduled to be picked up for 12 noon delivery, not the 11:15 delivery time I was originally promised. When I mentioned my conversation to the staff person that I originally talked with when I placed the order, he dismissed our conversation and said “well when we talked, that was days ago”. They didn’t offer to contact DoorDash to get them to come quicker or offer any other solution, but when I told me I was coming to pick up the order, he asked how far away I was and that he hoped I got there before the DoorDash delivery person. He then said he would call to cancel the DoorDash delivery and take the DoorDash tip off my order. The food was good and fresh and the order was correct, but that did not make up for the fact that I had an office full of people waiting for a lunch that was to start at 11:30 and that I had to come pick up the order myself. I will order Mr. Goodcents again but I will never order from this location again because of the very poor customer service that I received.

New building, the mobile app, website, drive thru, new soda machine, and new order screens make it fun and pretty fast. They are still working out some kinks in the new system, but it is fun to see all of the latest changes. They save your orders on your account so repeat orders can happen with one click. If your the grunt at work and need to order 10 sandwiches this is your place. Food is still as good as it has always been.

These bowls are reheated now. I liked the old pasta with meat sauce better, which was made in the store. My kids wouldn’t eat this. I dont recommend any of their bowls. I had to heat the salmon and the smell was horrendous. Stick to subs.

The staff was friendly and our sandwiches were excellent..however there was a bad experience at the cash register in that the cashier only asked what number sandwiches we ordered. Before we could tell her the size she arbitrarily charged for 2 large combo meals and when called out on the mistake she became verbally abusive to me and had to call the manager over who quickly became somewhat abrasive too. At that point I realized I was dealing with two very rude people who have know training in customer service . Again bear in mind the food was excellent and every staff member was polite and efficient until encountering the cashier and manager..suggest having somewhat more courteous cashier and mature management

Always a great sub but what makes this place better is the drive thru capability. It saves your orders from the prior visit and speeds up the whole process! Really cool technology that I would love to see other places use.

The staff was awesome! A young lady was training a new hire and we had a great conversation while I was getting my lunch. She was professional and seemed to really care about the store and her job.

Quick service and consistent quality sandwich. Drive thru cashier seemed confused about why I didn’t want to use the touch screen kiosk covered in finger print and hand print smudges to place my order during a pandemic, but he took the order all the same.
