The One
Placed an online order yesterday and received THE messiest sandwich with some disgusting turkey meat. The kid who brought my curbside order was nice enough, but when I opened my sandwich (which was cut in two separate pieces and wrapped separately) there was mayo EVERYwhere and the meat had a bit of an aftertaste as if it was old. Disappointed that I drove out of my was for what I thought was a better quality sandwich.

When I stopped in on a Sunday late afternoon, there was one person working as the other was out on a delivery. Even though it took a while to get served because there ended up being about 5 customers at once, all with multiple sandwiches in their order, the worker did not get flustered nor falter. She kept pushing through orders and making excellent quality subs.

If you use Upside DO NOT go here expecting to get your cash back because they don’t give you a receipt with the proper information on it. This is a scam but everything else is good. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. UPDATE. Their response was to ask me to write to the email address, so I did but no such address exists. Classic bait and switch scam. Time to contact my state’s Attorney’s General office.

Ordered online and came and picked up my sandwich. Sandwich was not made to the order and was blasted with mustard causing the sandwich to be extremely mushy. Not able to eat, removed the meat, pickles and ate them the rest was inedible had to put in the trash. Recommend going into store to order moving forward, total disappointment

I saw another review on google about the black guy that works at this location and how he is rude and should find another job, I completely agree. I went there today with my boyfriend and he first started off by not greeting us when we were up next to order, he just stared at us. He was constantly saying things under his breath, being very rude, unprofessional, and not portraying good customer service at all. He then said “you guys are acting like you’ve never been here before” when we were telling him what kind of bread, and meat we wanted, which was COMPLETELY uncalled for. He was very rude and one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve EVER encountered before. I will never be coming back here again! He needs to be fired! I was very upset with my experience here, I asked the store owner for the cooperate number to make a complaint to cooperate about John, he then proceeded to tell me he “did not have the cooperate number” , which was kind of unprofessional in my opinion. I’m not a Karen in any way but the way John was treating us as customers was completely unacceptable and he needs to held accountable for his actions. Do not go to this goodcents as John will run off all the customers with his horrible customer service. The goodcents off 291 is the way to go. 100%.

This place is ridiculous. They just told me unless I bring my own cup you have to pay for $1.89 each for a cup of water they do not give free water. This is the most stupid thing I have heard. I ended up having to get our food to go. I will never return.

Ordered a catering order on Friday. Showed up Monday to pick up for my party. Was greeted by a very upset employee, who acted like it was my fault that the order wasn’t ready, saying “No one communicates with him”. As he cursed and threw items around. Incredibly rude. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from here again as I was late to the meeting I was hosting due to food not being prepared… on a positive note, Jon was very very nice. Helped me load food in my car and apologized for actions of his coworker. Jon, you are the reason for any stars at all on this rating.
