We ordered our lunch around noon from here but got the wrong order made. Called them as soon as we notice it. They agreed to make our sandwiches right. They made the corrections but the only default was having to go back to get our correct meal. I know that it’s lunch time but just pay more attention to the tickets that are for pick up as well.

Went in for lunch, there was no one in the place, no line at all. The employee immediately put up a sign that said “one sandwich per physical customer” and walked away. There was another employee in the back on the phone talking about beating someone up. As I was going to order 2 sandwiches to go, I just left. Writing this so the owner/manager knows what is going on in their store.

Order placed online for lunch, all cookies and chips were not delivered as ordered. Called the store and was told they were out of cookies, which I understand. He said no idea why the chips were forgotten. Was told that I would be refunded for chips and cookies. Refund was never received. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.

First time here. The staff was very friendly and quick to make suggestions. The bread was so soft and fresh. The meats are sliced fresh to order. The vegetables were very ripe and crisp. Over all I had a wonderful experience I would definitely recommend this place. I really hope my delivery routes bring me close by here again.

Didn’t have the simple ingredient of lettuce and they don’t serve spinach anymore. That’s like a pizza place that ran out of sauce. It’s a basic ingredient in sandwiches.

Good sense is definitely a place that I enjoy visiting, they have discount meals available. Be a customer service aspect is always good the meat is slice right there on the spot for each order and they have fresh condiments to place on top of your sandwich. Usually when I arrive the associates are already smiling whether they’re assisting a customer at the moment or not. I will definitely frequent this location as I’m always treated well.

The food was good, but they need to be more careful about their sizes. The sandwiches weren’t as big as advertised, so they should probably figure out a better way to measure them. The price of the food and ingredient quality is good though.

Had lunch there yesterday. It was very busy and I was in a hurry so I was skeptical. They blew my doors off! I was in and out in a flash. The food was impossibly fresh (I could smell the bread and the cookies) and they sliced the meats right in front of me! Everyone was very polite and smiles all across the board. Hell of a great vibe!
