I’ve been a fan of Good Times Pizza for years. The pizza is always fresh and hot, and the breadsticks are delicious. Today, I ordered a large custom pizza, and it was perfect. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the sauce was flavorful and not too sweet. The toppings were evenly distributed, and the cheese was melted and gooey.

I don’t ever leave reviews and I’ve ordered from this place so many times in the past but, I don’t know what’s going on with them lately. About a month ago I receive a pizza that isn’t even cooked all the way through still doughy and mushy. So then I called and talked to the manager who questions me like I’m lying about. (The replaced my pizza with the request that I give them the old one back which is fine I did.) Thereafter I proceeded to be cautious and order my pizza well done and it still isn’t cooked all the way. I don’t know if they have new people or they just don’t care anymore and are rushing but, I’m not even going to call and complain anymore after they acted like I’m lying. There is 0 quality control anymore.

This is sad! We order typically once a week and this is the second time it’s happened. We put “WELL DONE” because regular bake is raw dough in good times terms! And now well done is raw too! All of it went in the trash! We are out our money and dinner now! Time to find a new pizza chain! Cooking a pizza so it’s not raw isn’t difficult! Take pride in your company! This is hazardous and now we will be sick! second awful experience!

I got a pepperoni pizza and garlic cheese bread, the pizza was good, however I don’t think the sauce had a whole lot of flavor. The cheese bread was really good, not too much garlic not too little, and a good amount of cheese, it didn’t come with a sauce though. The service was good, I went in and ordered and it was ready in 15 minutes. Overall good place to eat, next time I’d try one of their specialty pizzas.

Grand Rapids native here. I was introduced to Good Time’s pizza through my partner. Our family has ordered from here a few times. Customer service is always amazing. Food is one of a kind. Overall it makes for a great experience. I would most definitely recommend.

I’m new to town and was hungry, so I Walked in and was greeted by ben while he was sweeping, had a great conversation and made me feel welcome. I asked him what he recommended and he told me the Italiano was the best pizza, so I ordered one for my family and we absolutely loved it while it was a little pricey, i enjoyed every last bite of it. I hope ben gets a raise for his amazing efforts and commitment!

This is a first for me. I tried to order a pizza in the parking lot because I just shopped at Kroger and when I was leaving I saw their sign that said large 3 topping for 11.99 (?). The person taking the order said there was a problem and eventually got the female manager (don’t remember her name). Sometime in the last 15 or 20 years or more, someone used my husbands cell phone to order a pizza and never came and picked it up. Firstly, the phone number is in my husbands name, not mine and we have had it for less than 5 years. Secondly, they couldn’t tell me when this phantom order was placed and said they won’t take my order until I pay them $9.53 (?) for an order someone placed sometime in the last 15+ years and never picked up. We are those strange people who rarely use our cell phone for anything like that, the few times we have ordered from there, we used our home phone number and came and picked up the pizza. This is one of the most absurd things I have ever heard. She can’t give a date, time, person who took the order, absolutely nothing, but since someone put this in the computer they won’t take my order. She told me she has only worked there 2 years, so it could have been someone before her, she just doesn’t know. Absolutely ridiculous. I said that someone made some kind of mistake, and she said only a manager could do something like that (I don’t know how long she has worked with computers, but I am positive that regular employees probably know or knew managers passwords-so anyone could have done this at anytime).

I ordered a pizza with lite sauce and parmesan crust. The pizza definitely did not have lite sauce on it. It was also missing my parm crust. The crust wasn’t a big deal so I took a bite. I called and told them it didn’t have lite sauce because I had a bite they refused to take it back. I understand if I ate half the pizza. I usually love Good Times pizza! I order here a lot it’s my go to pizza spot. Idk what happened but I am not very happy, hopefully it’s just an off day. The delivery driver was super nice tho.
