This was my first time here. I didn’t try the food here but I did try the strawberry cheesecake shake. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t what I was used. I just feel like it could’ve been better! The customer service was good even though we sat outside waiting to get our order taking.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. Never had any issues food was always fresh and tasted great. Recently the last couple times I’ve come the food is horrible. The first time it happened I though no biggie we all have days. But the second time was frustrating. The poppers were soggy and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. The bacon breakfast burrito had zero bacon and again did not taste hot and fresh like I’m used to. I hope this review helps the owners to improve staff/quality control. I’ll be back to give it another chance.

Again hit a great food restaurant late barely before closing and it was really flavorful, hot, fresh tasting and the ice cream machine not broken. The lady who took our order was patient and thoughtful and the order completed as requested. We all enjoyed it very much and it gave me a night off, thank you

Was given wrong food at union blvd location. Called and asked for a refund on my card they acknowledged their error but said they could not void . I would have to drive back 20 mins to get refund. Manager asked me what i wanted I said if I have to drive back 20 mins then I would like new food and a refund for my time and trouble manager said no one or the other accused me of being rude and hung up on me. Called back to get the name of her and her manager she refused to give me her name and told me I was harassing her and hung up again. I called again and asked for her managers name she said Allen call tomorrow and I’ll be here we can all talked about how rude I was and hung up again. I called back to let her know I was driving back up for my refund 24.00 it not cheap and looked awful see pic. Drive up surprising she was rude again took her 15 mins to refund my money no apology just attitude. I will be calling corporate.

Had the Mushroom Swiss Burger, and wild fries. Everything was hot and fresh. My only complaint would be how long the drive-thru line took. There were 6 cars in front of me, and the wait was 19 minutes in line until food completion. I did go right at peak lunchtime (12:29-12:48) however at this time there should have been burgers on the grill ready to take off as orders are complete to help expedite the line.

Are good times is absolutely the best burger place around. If you haven’t been, do you need to. I have never been disappointed. All of their customers happen fantastic. The Oregon blackberry of course is my favorite. Everything is always made well. Not incredibly fast however, I would rather be a little slower and have better food. I got taken the order and at the window was very friendly as usual with any of the good times that I’ve been to so far.

The bacon on my burger was quite hard. It was difficult to order due to needing to repeat the order 5 times. It still wasn’t correct. We asked for 2 meals and were shorted the fries for one of them.

This place was delicious and so convenient for the hotel we’re staying at this week! The chicken strips were good and the fries were very yummy! I loved their advertising pun! Only negative comment is that he said our food would be ready in 90 seconds but it took 10 mins. Still yummy though!
