100% terrible. It gets worse every time, and I’m officially done with this chain. Good Times used to be good food. It just tasted fresher and better than other burgers. Now, it’s complete garbage. Half the time, my order is wrong. I was stuck in a drive-through line for 30 minutes and unable to get out. Then, from the time I reached the menu to order, it was 10 minutes to get my food. There were at least 4 people working that I saw, so it isn’t a staffing issue. The fix was cold, the fries weren’t full, and the person taking my order had no idea what planet they were on. Good Times has gone so far downhill there’s no way to fix it. There is NO competition in this location so someone should buy it, or start competing, and just rake over there.

Asked for a waffle cone and got a cake cone. The cone wasn’t even filled. This must be a good times standard because it happened at another location too. Same with the cold burger. Fries are good though.

Srinkflation is real. This was a down right embarrassment. You go to get a double burger and you get a double slider. Never again will I eat at Good Times. I want a normal sized burger, not a taste. RIP GT

Came here for lunch on the Sunday before Memorial Day. While it took a bit longer than regular fast food (it was very busy), our food was hot and fresh. Plus, they hooked it up on the candy in my ice cream. As a super pregnant lady, I was extremely thankful. The guy who took our order at the counter was nice too! Thanks!

Used to stop by for breakfast at least once a week. Hadn’t stopped in to this location for a month or so since they hadn’t been open due to short staffing, which was understandable. Today I saw several cars so I stopped by the drive through and was told “sorry, we aren’t serving breakfast anymore”. It was 10:25 and the menu screen had the breakfast menu up. I guess I am just going to give up on this specific location at this point

Talk about fast food! I walked in and walked out with a delicious big daddy bacon cheeseburger in less than 5 mins. It was delicious and I was very happy. The team taking my order was courteous and kind and I had a great meal.

After a long day of traveling, we decided to stop here for a quick bite before heading home. After waiting in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes (there is no way to get out once you’re in line) I received an uncooked, ice cold, Veggie burger. Of course I did not realize it until we were back on the interstate. Due to a traffic jam there was really no way to get back there, so I ended up wasting my money something I could not eat.
