Stopped in for a burger. Thought I would dine in. First the staff was less than enthusiastic about taking an order, or orders as there were quite a few people in line. Second there was quite a long wait for the orders, my burger/fry/drink and shake took 20 minutes. Thirdly the staff had 3/4 of the dining closed off, so there was extremely limited seating. Although the counter was kept clean, nit so much for the tables, they looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for all of the lunch hour(s).

Ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich combo. Told them I wanted it cooked fresh. Their response was everything is fresh. Guess what I got? A cold Buffalo chicken sandwich. Here is an idea why don’t you just do what the customer asks? Really is that simple. Have not been to a Good Times in 7 years and will not return.

Long line at Drive thru and tried to go in…not enough workers. But how they always seem to NOT listen and have to remake my burger is beyond me. No bun, no CHEESE, NO condiments. Only a burger, bacon, pickles and lettuce. Then only 2 Pickles? Are they made out of Gold? And asking for my burger on the bottom and lettuce on the top….didn’t want wilted lettuce and I get 3 pieces of lettuce!!! Is Lettuce MADE OUT OF GOLD? SERIOUSLY 3 pieces instead of 6? When I can only eat out at 1 place due to food allergies, get it right! And please, please rge the owners to get a white cheddar so I don’t have to come home and melt my cheese reheating the burger and drying it out doing so! Annatto is a huge allergen that many are clueless they have! We are paying good money for this food!!!

The service was very slow in the drive thru lane, and the server who took my order was curt and impolite: no welcome, no thank you, seemed bothered to take my order. I asked for ketchup with the order, then stopped in the parking lot to open the ketchup and found some kind of sticky goo over the four packets — frankly disgusting. When I went inside to exchange them, the same server gave no greeting, no apology, said nothing when handing over more ketchup. Very unpleasant.

i would avoid this location at all cost, there were 2 cars in the drive thru and we went inside and waited probably 8 minutes and all we got was stared at by the lazy, rude workers. maybe im used to southern hospitality but this place is terrible for the outrageous price. next time i want $hitty service ill go to mcdonalds and save my money

I’ve been to a few good times in Aurora and always love it. This is the worst location I’ve been to. Bad service and you don’t get what you ordered. Fries are soggy and not crispy like other locations. They leave off ingredients from things your order. Thousand island, ketchup, etc. It’s just trash. Don’t go to this location. Find the next closest one and go with that. It’s well worth it.

The food is always great. It is a good eat. This location has problems getting it right. Today is the 5th time I get a flat soda. I ordered a #3 and got #2. and the red headed kid taking orders had such a bad attitude because apparently I interrupted him from earning his paycheck. I just want to get what I ordered but this location just sucks. And that kid always being like that just makes it unpleasant to have to guess when he’s there. The other staff is great btw.
