I spend almost $30.00 with them and when I got my food it was trash! The chicken tasted like it’s been sitting for a while before frying it( you can taste the staleness in the chicken kinda like old‼️ The spring was over fry and salty.. I called to complained about the food, the guy had the audacity to tell me “am the only one calling to complain”.. So I told him am not other people and it’s a shame that you guys are serving people food like that especially the chicken! I asked to speak to the manager and he said the manager was not there and I told him y’all will not get my money again… customer service sucks‼️

didnt enjoy the $17 combo i got for lunch ribs were burnt the crab rangoons were hard and had no filling and the lomein wasnt great it was soggy and floppy and greasy. literally the worst chinese food experiance ive had in years. wish you all the luck your gonna need it

Absolutely horrible. Food was cold. No crab in their crab Rangoon. Boneless ribs was all fat couldn’t eat it. For 50 dollars this is uncalled for and honestly if this is how the food is all the time good luck!

The food was nasty. Fried rice is a joke, the seafood is imitation everything. They even messed up beef and broccoli. They forgot part of our order and we called to have it redelivered and 2 hours later it still never came. Waiting to see if a actually get the cash back. So disappointing. I was watching them prepare my food. I saw a couple mice eating the food they drop on floor. They actually dropped a couple chicken fingers on the floor. They picked it up and put them in the container. I told them I saw what they did. They denied it. I requested my money back. They refused to refund my money. I will be contacting the board of health and my bank to dispute the charges.

I wanted to like this. We didn’t. Not one thing. We ordered Crispy beef, honey chicken, pupu platter, house fried rice. Soggy beef, and not totally positive it was beef. The things that were fried were oil logged. Nothing had an outstanding flavor, just blah and everyone was put off by the food. A fraction of the food was actually consumed. Delivery was quick though, but it was 3 p.m. Never again.

I do not ok ow what all the bad reviews are for. It is the same Chinese food that every other restaurant serves. They all get the food from the same distributor. Unless you are going to a high end restaurant this place is on on par with your average american “chinese” food.
