Have eaten Good Luck link baskets for the past 40 years and have never had such terrible food as I did yesterday. The links were greasy — but not in a good way. The sauce was sweet, instead of spicy, which hit links are traditionally. We basically had to rinse them off and make our own saw to make it edible, as we weren’t able to go back and return the food. To make matters worse, the catfish basket we ordered was just as unpleasant. The fish tasted like it had been cooked in old oil. It was the same for the shrimp we ordered. This was just unacceptable, especially for the amount of money per basket. I’m very disappointed in the food we got at this Good Luck location and will not be coming again.

Needed a place good that was close and inexpensive. This was some of the best southern comfort food I’ve had in a long time! This is a small business so they can be out of some stuff if you go late in the day when we did. We told them what we wouldn’t eat and what came out was some of the best fried pork chops and fried catfish that we’ve eaten!

Hamburger was good. Fries could have been better prepared – not as greesy/oily. I like the diversity of their menu and am interested in returning but with the hopes of someone at the window or a means to call a receptionist to give my order in the future.

The food was not so good, they poured barbeque sauce on the fries and my links were burried beneath the fries. The BBQ sauce wasn’t good at all and the building was nasty and the staff actually not favorable I give this place thumbs down no one should eat food from a place like this,I will never go back

I have NEVER stopped here for the “customer service”. I stop mainly for the catfish! The spot is not that big. I would like to see them UPGRADE the cleanliness! Slap on a little paint! You don’t have to be ‘rundown’ just because you’re in the Sunny South. For the most part, your menu is OK. Your building and surroundings NEEDS AN UPGRADE. School, SSAN office, nearby upscale homes, a quick jump over the X bridge and you in the DEEP…there is enough local business that YOU should WANT to be more esthetically attractive. As long as you’ve been around it’s OBVIOUS the community ‘got yo back’. Be a better Small Business rep…(just saying).

A good number of food options at a good price, they take call in orders and they’re pretty quick too. I’ve drove past it many a time but once I’ve tried it, I regretted not going there sooner. They have way better options then other large fast food franchises and the only negative is they have no seating.
