We were able to get in with no wait on a Saturday! I made reservations for one of the play areas for 9pm and was playing to go to another restaurant prior to our time there however their was an excessive wait time at the other location luckily our party of 8 was able to come over to goodgame and have dinner prior to our game. For appetizer i chose the cheese curds. They were decent but i wasn’t a fan of the dipping sauce it came with so i ended up asking for ranch which is house made and much better IMO. I chose a blueberry lemondrop for my drink which was good good light but had a little kick to it. For my entree i chose the salmon blt with steamed broccoli instead of fries. The boy was tasty i only which they would have put more of the sauce that comes with it on it ( I’m a sauce person can you tell lol). Our reservation became available while we where finishing dinner but we were able to take our food to the bay so that we could get started. A hostess came over and gave very brief instructions on how the games work (we didn’t find it it be the most detailed explanation as we still had to figure out how most of the games worked. We still managed to have a really good time with the different virtual games they had to offer from golf to hockey to carnival games. Overall I’d recommend checking them out for a fun night with friends or bae.

The atmosphere here is pretty cool! The giant soft pretzel was one of the best I’ve ever had and the wings were great!! Next time we’d love to try the bays for virtual sports. The service was a tiny bit slow but not a huge deal.

Facility works for group events but is struggling like everyone else with staff. The real disappointment is with the menu. It’s ok to serve bar food but something needs to be good and a sampling of a half dozen items found nothing I would order again. New staff didn’t know menu which made drink orders tough as well. If invited to return again, I eat elsewhere in the battery first.

Nice atmosphere. Vodka drinks could be better. I love a food Moscow mule &I’m not sure if it was the ginger beer or the vodka but I was not a fan. Next I tried a house drink made with grape juice. It tasted like their Moscow mule with watered down juice. Almost as if I got the bottom half of the sodas. The food was good. Burger was juicy. My husband and I had a double date &we were told we couldn’t split the check. Our waiter started that he got in trouble last time he split the check. So groups be careful.

We came today to celebrate a birthday as a family of 5. We reserved online and came in to eat lunch and play for 2 hours ($60 per hour). When the bill came, we saw that they had added 20% gratuity to both the rental fee for the bay ($120) and for the food we ordered. We asked for the rental fee to not be charged the 20% gratuity as it isn’t a service, just the rental fee. The manager came out and told us that it was standard to be charged gratuity for the price of renting the bay as well as the food. Nowhere is this listed on the website that you’ll be charged gratuity for the rental fee! It felt like a way to get money out of customers unfairly. The service was subpar at best on top of that.

I had a really good time. We went on a Monday so it was a little bit slower. Our server Kelly was great, the nachos were ok. She explained each and every game to us and even showed us how to play. I enjoyed all of the games, except the carnival game; it seemed to not respond to us very well. I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Didn’t like the fact that 3 people ate but couldn’t get a split bill. So I had to pay an $85 dollar bill for everyone. Tried to pay with just a $100 bill but was told I wouldn’t receive any change back. What is that about?
