Food was great, chicken nuggets were from a frozen package but taste great, fries taste amazing, made honey mustard sauce in-house and tastes amazing. Service was great! He even remembered to get our cup of water 🙂

Had an interesting, unexpected visit to Good Burger. We were there the day after Xmas… one worker at 1pm. Poor guy. Doing it all. Of course it was slow going. We ordered 4 meals and waited about 30 min for it all. Oh and fun fact, the guy was sliding all over the place on the greasy floor. The stress on his face… if I had been him, I would’ve walked out. He was doing the best he could. Next time, if there’s one worker still, we’ll choose another place.

The lady in the back was sitting there when I walked up. I waited for a few minutes and said hello to her. She started saying “no” over and over. I asked if she was closed and she started knife-handing her neck and saying no again. She then walked to the back of the restaurant and sat down. Bummed about the experience.

i ordered three chicken tenders and all three of them were completely raw, pink, in the middle. i ate half of one before realizing the texture was off, broke all three in half, none of them were cooked all the way through. if i get sick, at least i know why.

Had a great service provided by sweet little Columbian woman and young dude. They were very kind and enjoyed their help. I speak I little Spanish and tried speaking to both of them as they cooked and helped me out.

Horrific. Burger and fries with drink, nearly 15 bucks. Dry meat, cheap wet bun. Waited nearly 20 minutes for the worst lunch I have ever had, and I am 70.

More than 35 minutes to get chicken fingers and fries. Staff couldn’t be less interested in helping you. No line, no other customers, just couldn’t get it done. They did like talking to each other though. Worst option in the mall, worst goodburger I’ve ever been too. Extremely disappointed in service, cleanliness, and quality. The did have time to make their own food though.

We ordered our food at 2:45 and didn’t get it until 3:20. All we ordered was 10 piece nugget, 2 fries and jr cheeseburger with no mustard. When we got our order, fries were missing. After we sat down, we noticed the burger had mustard. 4 people ordered after us and got their food before us. Extremely disappointed, guess we’ll find a new favorite store at the mall.
