My first experience at Essential Bowls was great! The service was prompt and the employees were knowledgeable about the menu and assisted us in making a choice. The quality of the bowl was great the fruit is fresh not frozen. You can tell the bowls are assembled to order by the staff. It’s a great alternative for a healthier dessert! The uncrustable bowl is SO delicious!! Like the best gourmet uncrustable you can imagine! And it kept me full for a long time. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. You can customize any bowl or smoothie to your preference. Even my 5 year old ate her entire smoothie and loved it. Would highly recommend!

Tried there açaí bowls but in my opinion they were overpriced. We paid almost $25 for 2 small açaí bowls which were full of sugar and less fruits. I might not like to try this place again.

Delicious!!! The bowls are amazing! Smoothies are tasty and so many healthy options were appreciated! We were traveling to the coast and didn’t want any fast food so this made for a fantastic option! Great service, like any healthy and good food, it did take a bit longer than fast food but very worth the wait!! Our kids loved the bowls and smoothies as well!! Wins all around!!

Will not return, this is my second time patronizing this establishment. The first time was AMAZING. I got a good vibes smoothie and a turmeric and ginger shot. This second time not so much, the gentleman in there was very nonchalant not welcoming the other young lady is eating KFC with her head phones on… my husband and I smoothies are HORRIBLE. Both of us ordered good vibes. They are extremely bland, no flavor of the fruit at all… I added turmeric in my smoothie and that is all I can taste it’s extremely over powering, I even came home and tried to reblend it with some of my mango and it still had a very overwhelming turmeric taste, very upset. For this to be as expensive as it is I expected better quality like my first experience

The staff at good bowl are top tier we a had great experience, we had boba and great home made paninis. The staff asked made sure everything was alright as we enjoyed our food. Oh my goodness?! My Husband and I stopped by Good Bowl today passing through the way and we absolutely LOVED it! I got a good bowl and he got a turkey melt. The young Lady named Ryneka (check spelling lol) was so sweet and pleasant the entire time to every customer who came through the door and it was quite a few. Though she was there alone taking orders and preparing them; you could not even tell. The orders were still out in a timely fashion and everything was so delicious and fresh! I will definitely be visiting this spot again when in the area.
