Used to get great pizza here. Different owners now. 2 carry out pizzas $36.50 and went in the garbage, couldn’t even eat it. Used to be buy 1 get 1 free, now they charge for any toppings, adds up in a special. We ordered the thin crust Gondolier Special, it was sopping in grease. The crust was not done, mostly raw, soaked with grease. Doesn’t even have all of the listed toppings supposed to be on it. Totally disgusting. Called and told them, acted uncaring. No wonder return policy posted everywhere. We won’t ever go there again. Don’t waste your money or your time. They don’t even clean their windows, imagine the rest of the place. Don’t patronize me with your reply robot either, it’s meaningless. No more grease pies for us, only real pizza from a reliable, clean restaurant that cares about it’s food and it’s customers. Ciao

I found this Place accidentally and am so happy I did.The food was great Juan was helpful and explained everything. The menu is immense.I’ve never seen a larger menu. And the portion size is phenomenal. Again I cannot say enough about this little place.I got the toasted ravioli. It was wonderful lots of it at my just 2 or 3. I got chicken strips or chicken tenders. Those were great and so big and juicy. They always have pizza specials. All the time. Just call come by stop in take it to go eat in. They have something for everyone. It’s wonderful and everything is fresh and made there. Don’t have to worry about it being shipped in from somewhere else.

The food is always amazing here. The only reason they got a 3-star for service is because upon picking up a call in order, I’ve had to wait quite a while just for someone to come up to the counter and give me my order that I had already paid for and could see sitting behind the counter. Customers that got there before me were visibly agitated. Food was great, though!

I ordered Gondolier Calzone, with no onions or green peppers. Lightly crispy. The Gondolier puts plenty of good stuff in that version: beef, pepperoni, feta, sausage, both green and black olives. I got pizza sauce on the side, but didn’t need it. It was plenty juicy and tasty. (I might add another cheese like mozzarella, or aparmesan adagio blend next time

Usually this place has great food. Unfortunately this time it was not good at all. I usually have the Italian cheesesteak but my previous visit it tasted terrible. So my husband ordered the Italian cheesesteak sandwich and I ordered a small pizza has been around $8 but it was like $18 for three meats also all of the menu items have doubled in price. Not worth the trip anymore.

Late (7pm) check-in after an 11 hour drive. So easy to order, girl was super kind and they had a special bogo pizza she let me know. We picked up and paid cash so we didn’t get the cc fee that restaurants pickup. The white pizza was a huge hit (and the mushroom pepperoni was awesome) the salads were full of veggies!! Will definitely order again on our trip!

My most recent visits have not been good. Let me start by saying. This use to be an amazing Pizza place. It seems more so now, than before they have started down a slow spiral. It shows the lack of quality of using good ingredients. The pizza, no matter which you order. Pepperoni or veggies. The pizza is full of Grease. In the past we ordered with several different meat, so figured maybe it was grease/fat possibly bc of the meat. No….it’s from the cheap cheese being used. We paid $40 for our order so…for a large salad (garden) (lettuce appeared to have been soaked as it had been sitting in water, 2 slices of tomato, 2 slices of cucumber & a pinch of shredded carrots that also appeared to have been soaked in water. With bare minimum of what is usually on a garden salad) then we order garlic bread obviously wrong term as we were handed literally a garlic toasted bun….

If I could give this place no stars I would. We ordered a pizza tonight and unbeknownst to us it was delivered by door dash. Delivery person said it was left outside our door at the hotel but it was not. Called Gondolier but they refused to take responsibility. They found the order that they had prepared but said it was out of their hands after that. We are reversing the charges of this order. If you are going to use a third party to deliver you need to be responsible for the delivery as well.

I’d go 4.5 stars. Pizza was ready on time and ingredients were fresh. The pepperoni personal pan pizza I got was fantastic. The medium pizza I ordered was good but could’ve use more sauce.
