My dad used to come here often for lunch! He always called it “the second best salad bar” because a long time ago it used to be on their sign. We both could never understand how they weren’t “the first best” they are THAT good! Anyways, My mom and I came yesterday for the first time since my dad passed! The food was amazing! The waitress was amazing! The salad bar is always amazing! It was a overall amazing experience as it always was when he was alive! Thank y’all so much!!

The place needs a little updating and the hours are a little odd. The spaghetti, meat sauce, and meatballs was absolutely amazing. The service was decent but took a bit to get beverage refills.

Let me start out by saying they have the best salad bar around. If that’s what you like you will love the one here. The food is very bland. My wife got the chicken Parmesan with Alfredo. The chicken was just a frozen chicken breast like what you would get at a fast food restaurant sandwich. Alfredo sauce is out of a bag and not fresh. The steaks are not marinaded at all so very bland. No rolls just Texas toast. The food and atmosphere are like a hospital restaurant and not a good one.

When we came in the place was clean and we were greeted right away The salad bar is average but fresh. The pizza was made to order I enjoyed the fact that it wasn’t beef pellets as many restaurants do. The bread sticks with cheese inside were interesting They were out of beef kabobs. The sweet tea was good. Many excellent choices to choose from on the menu I should try to come back to try the kabob.

Delicious. Though I wasn’t that impressed by the baked spaghetti, I put that down to my own general pickiness. My mom had hamburger steak with a baked potato and cleaned her plate.

My family went to the local Cookeville gondola’s for probably 40 years I think they opened in the 1970s when they went out of business we lost one of our favorite restaurants. Anytime we go east or west on 40 We always try to remember to go to the gondola in Crossville or Lebanon and get a pizza They also have the best salad bar wish we still had one here! They are truly missed!! At least someone still has their recipes because the pizza here is the same as it always was

First time trying Gondola in Lebanon, TN. If you are looking for a family friendly atmosphere, definitely give this a try. Be sure and add a salad bar to your entree. The items on the bar were fresh. The food was delicious, but the beef kabobs were my favorite. They were seasoned perfectly and cooked just right.

This is a great place to enjoy an affordable, delicious meal in a family friendly atmosphere. They have a great salad bar, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable of what they offer and accommodating. Great portion sizes. Over all it was an extremely pleasant experience.
