Their chicken wings are lighted breaded and crispy. I usually order steamed chicken with broccoli, it comes with a small white rice and brown sauce. Their food is consistently good.

Very nice people at this restaurant. The chicken dish was good and the egg roll was just as good. It is a small seating area with four tables as a downside. I would like more table room and restaurants available since I travel the country and really don’t carry out meals. I also prefer a soda machine with ice as opposed to just a single 12 oz can of soda that comes with the meal. That is why I knocked off one star was for the lack of tables and a soda machine. That being said, you can trust this lunch spot for good food and that is the most important aspect of the visit.

The garlic scallops cost me almost $14 and I doubt there was more than one medium sized thinly sliced sea scallop. Not worth what I paid!

Been going to this place since I was able to chew food, and for a great reason! Food is very consistent and always a highlight of the night. It’s a family owned business, and you can tell. Highly recommend for any family member who’s under the weather or in a bad mood.

Golden Star is hands down one of the best Chinese take-out restaurants in Pinellas County! Their food is always cooked to order, hot, and the portion sizes are amazing. The owners and their family staff the restaurant, so they are always polite and efficient. Definitely worth trying if you haven’t already!
