Really good sushi, especially for coming on a food truck. Everything tasted very fresh and not fishy smell and i ordered raw rolls. The food came out super fast too. My only gripe is they don’t have soy paper, so if you don’t like seaweed you are SOL. I prefer soy paper as i can taste the fish more. Also just as a note, this is in the food truck area of the HUB. Took me a minute to find it when i just used google maps.

We have eaten here a few times, it is wonderful! Friendly employees. My faves are golden dragon and rocky red. Had the Happy Mango roll , love the cream cheese & slightlt sweet at the end. We ask for eel sauce with our rolls. Will come back again. This place is at the food truck station, Summers Hub in Kennewick by Chucky E. Cheese.

I was hesitant to try “food truck sushi”, but I am SO glad I did!!! I completely agree with the review that mentioned this as being the best sushi in the Tri-Cities. The volcano roll was fresh, flavorful, and just amazing! The service was excellent as well. I will definitely be back!

One of my favorite sushi places in tri-cities! They have great customer service, I have done dine in and takeout and service is always great and accurate. Portions are perfect for what you pay for and the food is delicious If you’re hesitant because it’s a food truck, don’t be! It’s so good and fresh you’ll want to go back for more.

Loved the food truck experience. Lots of other options if you don’t like sushi and lots of seating inside. The sushi truck itself has great prices and a good selection. Food wait wasn’t bad. Salmon taste and quality was great. Nigiri had more rice than standard nigiri should and the sauce on the roll was bit much, but overall the sushi was good for price and convenience! Excited to go back and try the sushi doughnut or poke bowl!
