This Seafood Wor Ba was expensive and Completely FLAVORLESS…. I had ordered this previously with the exact same woman and she acted as if my English was so incredibly poor that she couldn’t understand me so she hung up on me several times because she doesn’t know the menu. I literally described it to her the way she described it to me and she then acted like I didn’t know what I had eaten before. This place has gone down hill. JUST CLOSE ALREADY. The woman that works here HATES HER LIFE. I asked for chop sticks and she stated “NOT A CHANCE”. She then stated “no matter what you want NOT A CHANCE”. The customer service she provides is best described as CANTANKEROUS. She has an incredibly disgusting attitude but acts COWARDLY as she continues to disrespect you while hiding behind that little barrier. She’s literally begging to be a viral moment. I recorded her atrocious behavior because people like her like to pretend that everyone else is the problem until they are exposed. Another woman gave a review describing this woman as racist. I believe it. I’ve witnessed her treating people differently. I paid $20-30 to throw food in the trash. Don’t waste your time eating here. There are far better places to eat in West Bloomfield. I wish ZERO stars was an option.

I just recently ordered food from here 2/3/23 and it was very disappointing. I ordered the shrimp egg foo young dinner with shrimp fried rice …both of the patties was literally burnt, not fit to eat and they charged $5 for the side of shrimp fried rice which was a scoop. This was a take out. I had not been here in years. It was pretty good at that time. I do not plan to return. They had to have known this was a horrible ordered to give. My family and I made the oder late, so we could not return it or call at the time. This was such a disappointment. I expected so much BETTER!!!

Ordered on Uber eats, food didn’t come with rice, instead, it comes with 4 mouldy tortillas. Uber eats is garbage too, asked for help, no respond.

Delicious AND attentive to allergies. When I picked up dinner last night I asked the hostess to double check that there were no mushrooms in our order as I am very allergic to them. She double checked with the kitchen and said there were no mushrooms, however, to be doubly sure she had the kitchen remake the meals, reviewing each sauce ingredient to be certain we would have no problems.

Let me preface my review by saying it was Christmas. Ordered at 3pm, was told it would be ready by 4. Showed up at 4, waited until 7pm only to find out they lost our order. There was absolutely no organization. This was an awful experience. Do not go to this restaurant if you want to eat!
