There’s a list of vegan options near the cash register. Very delicious Beyond filling in the mild patty option. Convenient option for the area. I had the vegan friendly curry chickpeas on another occasion and they were pleasantly tender, with a deliciously seasoned gravy. Plantains were cooked well too.

My 1st catering order experience with Golden Krust was seamless from beginning to end, so I want to thank the owners and staff for excellent customer service! My guests can’t stop talking about how great the food tasted, and this group has alot of foodies… Of course the Jerk Chicken with spicy sauce was their favorite, but lots of kudos for the Mac & Cheese (or should I say Cheese & Mac☺️) and Plantains! Really, everything was spectacular!!! It’s always nice when someone can help make your work easier for a party. I just want to say thanks again for putting your special touch on this delicious food, and going above and beyond what I expected! I would most definitely order here again if I need great Jamaican food. Excellent job, and THANK YOU again!!

On 6-24-2023 around 6:15 pm, I walked in and ordered the jerk chicken pasta. When it was ready, the sauce was watery and it wasn’t even close to tasting like jerk pasta. The lady who served me was making excuses to why the creamy sauce was not creamy. ( Like I never had or saw a better presentation) That’s was the only dish I enjoyed there, now they lost another customer!

On our way to the airport looking for something tasty, quick, but not fast food. Glad we stopped here, the food was good. I asked about the coupon that popped up when I checked in on yelp, but the manager said they no longer honor that coupon. They have their own website and they use Clover. Never heard of clover before, but maybe that’s a GA thing?

This is the BEST Golden Krust south of Downtown and in either direction toward Alabama! Their vegan options and rice choices are appreciated. The rice and spinach is excellent! The whole snapper – incredible. These chefs/cooks care how the food tastes and you can tell. The front counter people are nice and helpful. A big thanks to the whole team!

I always heard about this restaurant but never tried them, but this day I stopped by after work since it was close to my job. I noticed it is basically a bunch of food options then you pick the protein and sides of your choice. As a worker was preparing my plate, she unfortunately did not put on gloves first. Also, all the food did not have any type of lid or covering over it. Which would have been very useful since the worker did not have a mask on and was talking over the food. But I still have them a chance, until I tried the food. The chicken was pretty good, the sauce was a little hot though. And the plantains were perfect. Unfortunately the rice and peas seemed under done and was hard/crunchy. I was just expecting more for $15.99.

I just found my ” go to place” for Jamaican food !

The food is good , but that’s not fair at all when I have a large curry goat and a small cabbage and they serve gave me the goat with all those bones .that’s a waste of money.

I ordered a regular curry shrimp plate, and this costed me 17.23. I know prices have gone up on food everywhere, but this is a rip off for 6 very small shrimp and a pund of rice. The shrimp was also extremely mushy. The last few plates I ordered were dissapointing, but this was the nail in the coffin. I even told the cashier that it was a rip off, and she laughed and shrugged her shoulders agreeing. This was definitely my last visit.
