As for customers service, they are the worst. The old lady with all the that piercings on her face and the dirty teeth, shouldn’t be working with customers. She’s rude, argumentative and spits when she talks. I was about to order, but with all that attitude I had to leave. This was my first time going to that Golden Crust and it’s my last. The Golden Crust workers on Merrick Blvd are way nicer. They should have given the option of 0 star. Never again.

I have between buying beef patties in here probably since they first opened. I flew in from Florida late Thursday night and needed to pickup some food. I went to get some fish along with rice and beans and steamed cabbage, a regular Caribbean dish. I’ve seen many people buying here but with the food they gave my husband I can’t believe their are still in business!!! First of all, the fish was just about spoiled! I don’t know if it was sitting out since they opened in the morning or what. You could feel it, taste it and smell it! No good! The steamed cabbage tasted as if they just took a bottle of vinegar and poured it over it because it ran out of juice in the tray. The rice tasted as if they opened raw packages of seasoning powders and so on and poured over it. I cannot believe this! It’s not even possible and I think I was dreaming. Wooooowwww!!!

These people do not listen at all. I placed an order on Uber eats for a large jerk chicken.. in the notes for the food I requested to have just the chicken with sweet plantains no rice no veggies… I even called after and spoke to someone and told her my request. When the food arrived I received the chicken on a bed full of veggies with about 3 piece plantains. GIVE PEOPLE WHAT THEY ARE ASKING FOR WE ARE PAYING FOR IT. Will never order over here again. Don’t suggest people to buy here go to yardies down the street or Jamaican flavors on Springfield instead

They sell fried plantains that was not sold earlier and refried it and five you stale food. As well the item is so dark because they didn’t change the oil.

I ordered food for delivery. I clearly said to send a jamaican kola champagne soda. They sent Jamaican cream soda which I can’t stand the taste. This is the second time they substitute the flavor of soda to what they want even though there is plenty of Jamaican kola flavor in stock in the refrigerator at the shop. Don’t bother to order the jerk chicken for delivery. They send you dry up pieces of chicken breast even though you clearly state you want leg/thigh portion. When you ask to speak to manager to make a complaint they say she is not available. Horrible customer service.!

When I went i ordered jerk chicken and a curry goat meal. I got all the way home and the chick gave me a curry chicken dinner . I called and the gentleman I spoke to told me to bring it back and they would replace my meal. Well when I got there I told the lady who served me I told what she did, and I also explained what the gentleman told what to do. Well she called this lady to the front. Do you know they charged the difference of the meal? I mean the money was not the problem, the problem was you gave me the wrong order and you should have just given me my correct meal without an extra charge. Personally this golden Krust has fallen off. Their food is not that great only thing was decent was the beef patties. Never again

“Beef Pattie’s” were black bean Patties, shrimp came literally ice cold (maybe that’s how they eat it in Jamaica but it was much better after microwave), and the chicken was so dry I had to wash it down with water each bite. I never review unless it was magnificent or awful. This was awful. All for $60.

I guess being here is similar to what a Soup Kitchen experience would be like!!! Staff behind the counter has an attitude as if the customers are disrupting their day by begging for food!!!
