Have been going here for years- some of the only Chinese food in the area that feels like real food with real ingredients. Always a delight!

Place was busy, food was fresh and on point. Parking is a bit hazardous because of the busy road. Place was clean and smelled good, tables and chairs were cleaned immediately after being used.

The best Chinese food! A family run business that deserves to be around for a long time.

2nd time the sweet and sour chicken was not edible. I’m done. Singlehandedly ruined Chinese food for me.

Very friendly and fast service. But the food was absolutely inedible to me. The egg drop soup and sesame chicken only smelled and tasted like fish sauce.

I enjoyed a combo meal to include general saus chicken, chicken wings, crab Rangoon and some pork fried rice. It was very good.

Lovely little spot right in Durham’s historic Main Street that (I believe) has gotten better with time. The food is well-portioned and flavorful. We ordered the triple delight, steamed dumplings, and General Tso’s chicken. The triple delight was superb (good quality shrimp!), the dumplings were excellent, and the General Tso was above average. Other places often make it too sweet, but here it is well-balanced. I just wish it were a bit crispier. It’s obviously been take-away only for the past several months, but the service is always quick and friendly.

My rating is based upon what is a generally available in this area maybe 30 minutes in a radius. This place is very good but it’s certainly not the best I’ve ever had. I’ve lived in New York and Los Angeles so my standards are a little closer to what a lot of this food should taste like. If I remove my standards and knowledge of how this food should taste then they would get 5 stars from me. Reason being frankly there is nothing else around. It is definitely a restaurant I frequent twice a month for my family. It is a nice change-of-pace reasonably priced and the food is quite good quality. Best I’ve ever had is a no. Best I’ve had in a 20-minute radius absolutely

They have apparently either learned to cook since opening or maybe it depends on what you order. The roast pork with snow peas is always excellent, they have decent PFR and lo mein. When they first opened, I ordered several things and they were all bad. Back then the General Tsao’s chicken was like sweet and sweet and sour (I haven’t tried it again because it was so bad) and they couldn’t cook even rice. Still glad to have them in the neighborhood.
