The view is beautiful! Christina, our server, was awesome. The food was not worth the price. We ordered surf and turf and prime rib. Lobster and prime rib were overcooked and the steak was under seasoned. Inside is very dated.

Upon my travel on the hairpin turn I came across this quaint little restaurant with the best view so me and family had to stop to eat and check out the view. The hostess (lady with the green striped shirt on 8/20) asked us if we had a reservation and we said no. When we asked if we could sit in the balcony with our party of 4 she said we could only sit on the balcony if we were a party of 5. That our party of 4 would not be able to sit in a table of 5 incase another party of 5 came. It was very sad and the kids were upset. The saddest part was that a party of 5 never came or any other party for that matter. The so called reservations that were going to take over the whole restaurant as she made it seem never arrived. Other then not being able to sit on the balcony we were kinda shoved in a corner of the restaurant. Because of this reason I am giving it 3 stars. If it wasn’t for this I would have given it a better star rating. The food was pretty good! 2 of us had the Black Diamond Sirloin and it was very good it had a great taste! Another person got the Crab Cakes & the Egg Plant Romano and those were both good as well. Hopefully if you come here you will have a better experience with seating and the beautiful view won’t be wasted.

The staff is great, friendly and very welcoming. The view is amazing. The food was good, the price was good, we paid $47 for 2 burgers and a kids’ meal. The only thing I would have to say is that the restaurant inside and out could benefit from some updating.

Came here for my wife’s Birthday, a 2h30min ride. Because its fall it made for an enjoyable ride, such beautiful scenery. Great food and an awesome view from where we sat outside on the balcony. Worth the ride.

Great burger with a view so scenic it made it taste even better. Parking is scarce and the hairpin turn is narrow so come back later if it’s full there isn’t a place to wait. Some bees on the side deck but they didn’t interfere.

Great view, the restaurant was not busy at all on a very nice Sunday afternoon in August. Nothing extravagant or special about the food but our family of four enjoyed the experience very much having a nice, relaxing lunch. No complaints.

A Perfect Night. It was a little stormy but the balcony of the Golden Eagle was the sweetest perch to watch the clouds. We’ve been here several times and the service never disappoints. They are so accommodating and friendly.
