I placed my order via the EatStreet app. Once I received it and got home, the food was very good, served hot, and had a pleasant aroma and taste. That being said, I got the message on my phone stating that my order was READY FOR PICKUP at 6:30 p.m. I got to the restaurant at 6:32 p.m. and was told my order was NOT ready. I didn’t actually get my food until 6:58 p.m., nearly 30 minutes AFTER being informed that it was ready for pickup. No explanation given. I cannot say if the error was on the EatStreet side, or the restaurant.

We have always been happy with food we ordered. However, this past weekend mushroom & snow peas w/rice. The sauce was much different than usual and not a good taste. Could not eat it. The same with the moo goo gai pan. Egg rolls very greasy. Very very disappointed.

Used to eat there all the time until the guy behind the counter that is always there is rude. Hardly has any meat. I will not go back again. I found a couple other places in Eau Claire that is great and has tons of meat. This is what my son got today. He asked for a large beef and gravy no vegetables it cost $11.00 for about 5 pieces of meat maybe an inch in the box and the rest empty.

My personal favorite take out Chinese place in EC. It’s good, everytime. Staff are friendly and food never takes more than 25 min when I get take out and sometimes even sooner than that. Love the new menu and coupons for free egg rolls and donuts!

Tons of Fun Freestone
We ordered 2 dinners and it came to $50. On the orange chicken ordered extra sauce in a cup on the side. Golden Dragon sent none. When I called the guy said they were too busy to scoop up the extra sauce. I didn’t buy it, then he said online there is no extra sauce option. Why don’t u put it on or get ahold of me while making the order? If I’m gonna spend $50 for 2 meals I expect much better. I only suggest pick up from these clowns so u can verify ur order!

The people here are so lovely! The food is made fresh and stays fresh in the fridge for a while, also tastes great! I love the crab rangoons. Wait time usually takes 10-20 minutes which is phenomenal for what you get!
