My husband and I had dinner here and it was great!! Food was all fresh and well stocked. There were so many options to pick from. I love the fresh grilled steak, fried chicken, seafood, and the bread pudding!! Definitely recommend trying, everythingwas delish!!

This is the best Golden corral in Michigan. We’ve known Janice, Ernie and Vicki from back in the day at old country buffet for 30 years and they all do an amazing job. Grill chef Calvin always does a great job on the steaks. making your steak is done to your liking and keeping everything neat and clean. The ribs are outstanding and so is the carved beef. Horseradish sauce would be a plus hint, hint. Sam is very courteous to customers quickly refilling empty pans. Food is always fresh and temperature is correct. Susan does a great job on the salad bar always filling, refilling and cleaning up spills and cleaning the glass. Just wish they had blue cheese crumbles again and maybe add some radishes and or peas to the salad bar. Servers Johanna, Maria, Danielle, Jessica and Ryan always keep dishes off the table and refills coming. Overall restaurant is very clean for the amount of traffic they have. Floors are swept frequently and bathrooms are clean. A+ overall dining experience.

Lovely Soul
My favorite location now! I had a family reunion in Flint, and this location was the choice for Sunday breakfast for the family. AMAZING STAFF, AMAZING FOOD AND AN AMAZING TIME! The building was clean, food was cooked perfectly and we had an amazing server! I have been frequenting GC since I was in middle school and now I have my own child and we visit this classic restaurant, she now has a great memory as well to continue to be a customer for life just like myself.

Ryan? That guy is amazing. 10/10. Came to celebrate an accomplished in my life. Didn’t tell him that but regardless. He told us when we sat in his section to be ready for amazing service. He went above and beyond for us and genuinely made the experience worth the drive for us. Like yeah food was great as usual but his being there made a decent meal end on an amazing note!

Food was hot and fresh. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. When our glasses were about half full she would ask if we needed refills. She was very very fast to clear dirty plates.

Been going to this place since it opened, they’ve always had AWESOME wait staff, even though it’s a buffet, they still bust butt clearing tables and getting refills or stuff you need, JOHANNA IS AWESOME!!! She has been our regular waitress FOR YRS!!!! She makes sure your tables clean at all times, and asks about refills etc before your beverage is gone, so please take notice to your server if they worked their butt off, leave them something worth their time, put yourself in their shoes, I personally have been there.

The servers and especially the lady who attentively cleared used/empty dishes from our table, were great! The buffet was well stocked and there were many choices of dishes. The only detractor was the rep at the register when we came in who was FAR from welcoming. It appeared she clearly hated her job.
