The cashier, Angela, was very friendly. She smiled and greeted us with a warm friendly welcome as we entered. This location offers a senior discount. The buffet was large. Not all items were full and not all items were fresh. There was a big variety to choose from. The rolls were magnificent. There was a hand-written sign on the soft serve ice cream dispenser to indicate only one of the three handles were working. Brandon our server was polite. He took our drink order and we asked for lemon. He said we have lemon and told us where we could go get it ourselves. The empty chair next to me at the table had food debris on it. I wasn’t thrilled about that. The hostess and the manager thanked us for coming in as we departed.

Honestly disappointed and feel sick. Everything was okay until we got our drinks. My water had a bug in it and I immediately lost my appetite. I told our waitress and got it replaced. My fiancé got a fruit punch and it had black floaters in it, ew. We stopped eating early because we both felt sick. We’ve been here several times before and it was great every time. But this visit ruined it, we feel sick to our stomach

Went here on Sunday 7/30/23. The food was great. We loved it. None of us got sick as other mentioned, but it was so damn HOT inside, not comfortable at all. No AC. Felt better when we walked out. I’ve been to many other Golden Buffets this one needs a complete renovation.

Place had a strange smell to it. Smelled similar to dirty mop water. Place looked fun down inside. Food was just normal buffet food. Probably won’t return but if someone just wants to fill up on maybe it’s ok for that.

Best food I’ve ever eaten at a buffet style restaurant. The service was excellent! The only con would be the atmosphere. It should have been cleaner and smell better. It smelled like mop water sitting . I would still recommend because the food was so good !

This place use to be golden. Now it’s looks so depressing and the food has no effect in it. The food isn’t cooked good most of it is frozen not freshly made also they don’t have a lot of options like they used to. It’s a dirty place tbh. The carpet has this smell like wet clothes it’s so bad stinks the whole restaurant up. Also who has carpet for a restaurant?…. The staff are nice and good people but this place used to be so good it’s so sad now. Don’t come here there are better options.

There is plenty to choose from and some of the dishes are very good. I tried beef in mushroom gravy over rice. It was great. Their seafood selections leave something to be desired, but this was a Golden Corral after all. Generally a good experience. And reasonable for 4 people.

As expected in food and environment. The food is always plentiful at this location in Bradenton. On our last visit I did notice a price increase, April 2023. The ice cream machine was broke down during our visit so the kids were disappointed in that but everyone left with a full belly. The staff is nice at this location. They were training a few new people so they were not up to speed yet but that is just part of the food industry. Overall this is a good place to visit and best value is for lunch or late lunch time frame.
