I use to go Waipahu location, menu selections for plate meals so confusing! Some choices they charge xtra for being a side choice? First place ever!! that do it that way! Honestly! I wouldn’t go back to any of thier location!! Overpriced!$$$$$ customer sevice sucks!! Food good! But OVERPRICED! And confusing and rip off! the way they charge?? For side dishes! Asked a worker what the difference was between a few of the desserts they had on the counter, and worker simply told me the names then walked to the other end of the counter and began talking smack about me not knowing what I was buying, laughing the whole time. She didn’t even try to be quiet about it! So terribly rude and such bad customer service. Food is not that great to take that kind of treatment. If could give a zero I would!!

Update: Value didn’t even matter as we got sick from the oddly mushy lechon (or maybe it was the other super greasy items). We threw most of it out after trying to rescue the meal with rice and soaking up the grease with paper towels. This is NOT what Filipino food is supposed to taste like. Shame because it didn’t look gross in the pans. 🙁
