Very disappointed the orange was nothing but dough/bater was not worth the 59 dollar place went down hill use to go eat there will never eat there again only went there cuz rice bowl was closed and salween. And I wanted to give them a try cuz it had been a while live to far to return food. No wonder place was empty would not recommend to anyone would only recommend the Fortune cookie

Went there last night after work. Repeated FOUR times as to my ONE meal order. Very rude. And then when I got home, food was terribly over salted and tasted like stale cinnamon. I ordered cashew chicken. Called today, as they closed literally as we pulled away lastnight. They didn’t understand that I wanted a refund. “Bring food back and we will go from there.” Perfect, I have it all, as it was unbearable to eat. But couldn’t tell me I’d get a refund. I’d not recommend. We used to work for doordash and now GrubHub and I kinda feel sorry for people who spend a lot here.

When we first moved to the area 7 years ago, Golden China was a staple in our dinner rotation. It was soooo good and the prices couldn’t be beat! We tried many things but our absolute favorite was the chicken lo mein.

We placed an order online 12/27 at 8:15 pm totaling $57.83. I went to pick it up arriving about 8:35 to find out they were closed due to plumbing issues. The credit card was billed even though we didn’t get the order. Called the next day to try and get a refund and was told “we were closed yesterday, can’t help you”. Contacted the e-commerce company who handles their online transactions who then got in touch with Golden China restaurant. Golden China who told them we scheduled our order past their closing time (which is not true) and refused to issue a refund. Whether Golden China blatantly ripped us off or is just incapable of comprehending the situation I’m not sure of. Either way getting charged for food we didn’t get because they closed early is not acceptable. I don’t usually do negative reviews but they earned it.
