The woman that answers the phone always seem to get straight to the point which doesn’t bother me and I prefer that in customer service. She is transactional and so am I but she has an extremely rude tone which is very off putting. Work in restaurant business can be frustrating but that doesn’t mean to be hateful and annoyed with every customer. Decided to get some fried chicken wings with chicken fried rice and egg roll . Chicken wings was tiny. Smaller than my pinky finger. Chicken wings didn’t have batter on them which made no sense. So either they forgot to batter and instead of correcting it they served it anyways or they just how they make the wings.. It look like they just dropped it straight the bag or pack and into the grease to fry. They looked old. Didn’t have much taste. Fried rice wasn’t even fried rice. It was just plain yellow rice, onions, and some chicken. None of it was good except the egg roll. 12 dollars wasted. I ate a little and ended up dumping the rest. Sometimes you take a loss with food. I won’t go back.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken the sauce I got was some kind of Honey color and it didn’t taste like sweet and sour and the chicken seem like it was double cooked you know whenever the chicken gets to where it’s see-through dried out she offered to give me my money back she said she didn’t know what was wrong with my taste buds but I don’t like to have to go through all that if you’re serving double cooked food instead of freshly cooked food let me know I ain’t going to eat there

I went here on Friday at 7:00 pm and ordered garlic fried chicken wings and I the house soup, which totaled $18.08. When I got home and opened the soup and tasted it I was disappointed in how lacking in flavor it was. My husband said this needs some salt and pepper. However, it needed more than salt and pepper. I know how good food is supposed to taste. It needed sesame seed oil and a lot more!!! The fried garlic chicken wings looked like they were from a garnish game hen, because they were so tiny! The sauce on them was delicious, but the wings were fried to death!!! They were so dried out that I could not get the HARD dried out meat off the bones!!! I kind of felt like they were leftover from a few nights prior AND over fried, but they wanted to make money from something that should have been thrown away. I called and complained and the lady said, “You have to eat the fry chicken right away or it gets hard. You waited to long to eat it and let it get cold.” I informed her that the wings were still warm, but they were just over fried. She did not offer to allow me to return them for a new order. I do not have money to waste like that. I will NEVER go there again. Shame on them for selling food they knew belonged in the trash!!! I am a teacher. So, you know I don’t have money to waste!!!

We ordered shrimp fried rice and the shrimp still had the nasty veins in them, it was yellow rice with onion and gross overcooked shrimp. The egg rolls were over fried and tasted like old oil. The food was inedible what a waste. Live and learn I will not be eating there again.

The food is fine, but the staff is not pleasant. On the phone they are very short, no please no thank you. The lady at the front tossed my food on the counter for my take-out order. They could honestly care less and make it very obvious.
