I have eaten at this location twice and they are a rise above alot of other Golden Chick in other towns. Their detail on quality. The gravy has a better flavor, I don’t know what they do but keep it up, it is great to dip your tenders in.

I like Golden Chick. The bread is so good. We love the corn nuggets and of course the chicken. This location is really good. We noticed that there were a lot of pick up orders and the drive thru was busy.

Service was unprofessional and unpleasant. Asked for 6 tenders combo, got 4 with maybe 8 fries. I went back inside to get my other 4 and their response in the most condescending tone was, “sorry for the inconvenience.” And then they threw the tenders in the box. We also asked for wings, but most of the wings were pure bone and bite size. Very disappointed. It was totally the opposite experience from the last time we ate here.

The service is terrible. I waited at the register for 8 minutes and multiple employees passed me without any acknowledgment, all the while I’m watching one of the team members grab food with his bare hands. When I finally got to order she got it completely wrong missing sides annd sauces annd including items I didn’t order and I was served soupy undercooked dirty rice, it was visibly not to standard so if the employee even looked at it I wouldn’t have got served this item. Not to mention they can barely manage 1 customer in the lobby at at time because they seem understaffed and workers don’t take any initiative. With raisin canes and chic-fil-a so close by this business is going to fail. I feel sorry for whoever is financially invested in this dump. The price I paid for the quality and service I got is actually ludicrous.

Went to drive thru at 6:50pm not a single car in the drive thru or parking lot, that should have been a red flag. They gave me 4 jalapeño poppers that were totally hallow with no cheese or pepper inside and they were hard as a rock. Also hard and dry and old were my 4 tiny chicken tenders. They were so hard and rubbery I couldn’t chew and eat any of the ends only the very middle of the tender. Then the zing sauce containers they gave me were almost completely empty. Not happy at all with my experience. Make fresh food for your customers even if it’s slow. Have pride in your food and maybe your business would be busy at dinner time like all the other surrounding businesses.

Waited in the drive thru for what felt like forever until I decided to go in. Walk in no one acknowledged me, said hey, hello, be right with you or anything. There was a guy in line before me so I asked if they took his order. He said no he’s been waiting. Meanwhile the girl at the drive thru is just looking at us (still no acknowledgment) I finally said “hello is anyone working the front counter?” A lady looks at me and said “I said I’ll be with you in a minute.”

Okay if Yall don’t want customers just close the store for the day. Id much rather yall be closed than spend my money on food to open my chicken box grab my containers out and dip my hand into all the gravy in the bottom of the box because the container is busted. Then take the lid off the rice to see its also busted with Styrofoam spices all on the rice! It was clearly like this upon putting the lid on. Oh and i just love giving my toddler her kids meal of cold fries. I understand the world is short staffed and maybe Yall are feeling it too. We left sonics drive thru ONLY line because they were short handed but Yall had one car when we got there and its was around 4:40ish so I think we could of had fresh fries for a kids meal. Thanks!!!!
