For fast food it is very good. I usually have the tender combo with Mac n cheese and jalapeno poppers. Mac n cheese and poppers are fair but the tenders are good, great crust. The drink counter needs to be cleaned more often and once the coke didn’t work at all. No one there knew how to fix it. Also the tables are not always clean but overall it’s not too bad. It’s fast food run by the very young like most other fast food places. We’ve been several times and will probably go back.

All ways hot and fresh with a friendly staff. On a different note, food on the seafood has little to much breading and needs more seasoning on the Catfish. The strawberry ice tea is fantastic, just make sure you upsides your drink.

We stopped by from out of town. There was a small issue, but WOW, the manager (Mikayla) handled it great and is very professional. The food as excellent and fresh, in fact it was hot. Great rolls!

Came here last Friday to get dinner. I told the girl twice at the speaker that I wanted a spicy twelve piece along with family fries, mashed potatoes, green beans and macaroni and cheese. Cool. Get home and realize that our 12 piece was not spicy so I called the store and Ana was very quick to offer a replacement for the next time I was in the area, “Great, thank you so much!” I said. Well today (Sunday) I drive up there with my receipt in hand, giving them my name and explaining the situation. The young gentleman has me pull up to the second window to explain that they can only give me 6. I reply that, that is not what Ana told me and if I could speak to her to which I learned she was not there. I told him that she had written my name down and I had a receipt. He calls her again and a different young lady comes to the window and begrudgingly hands me the tenders. She hands me the tenders and I told her “I’m so sorry, thank you!” She just stared at me. This was a super awkward experience and I don’t really understand why the manager would say something different one day and another thing today. I drove to a different golden chick to order my rolls and sides just because of how uncomfortable I felt.

I came today for my favorite Golden tenders meal and I went through the drive through. A girl named Kendall was on today and she was so sweet. She made sure everything I ordered was exactly the way I wanted it! Will be coming back!

Be sure to check what you are getting vs what you ordered. A lot of time is missing something. It’s annoying when you find out after you get home as most people probably won’t stop by because of missing a side salad for example. Foods are good tho.

Great customer service. I ordered door dash and the delivery driver forgot more than half my order. After calling, Anna made sure I had my food and made sure it was correct and hot. Thank you so much Anna!
