I am tired of dealing with the rude employees at the window. I don’t eat Golden Chick but my grandson insisted. Every time I go to this location the customer service is awful!!! They are very rude!! The young lady was very argumentative to the point I wanted to tell them to cancel the order but that would’ve been an issue as well. I have never had a pleasant experience when purchasing food from there. When I go, it’s never under $30. Today was $51.00 for that horrible food. This is the worst drive thru EVER! This location needs to be shut down immediately!

Extremely Rude employee. Would give zero stars. Purchased a family tender combo. Wasn’t asked what sauce i wanted. Pulled up to the window rememberd i forgot to order a drink , ONE DRINK. keep in mind there is no other car behind or infront. I ask estrella (the employee at the drive thru) can add charge me a lemonade. She states “you cant order at the window. “. Fine , then i get my order and ask for zinc sauce. Estrella then states “0.49 cents” i asked since when do you guys charge zinc sauce. She states its either gravy or zinc sauce. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It’s one of the worst. The girl was rude at the window. They gave me burnt rolls, and when I asked her if I could get some fresh ones, she said they would all be like that. So I said well why didn’t you say something and she just hunched her shoulders at me and had a very bad attitude. Then, when we got home, our order was all screwed up. We did not get what we ordered. I had a breast and wing and they gave me two thighs and my sister ordered fried okra and they gave her 3 peppers as her side. I’ve tried to give them another chance, but there’s no hope. Hopefully, enough low reviews will help them get it together.

All of the food tasted old and stale. Only the corn nuggets were hot and fresh. Then with those we only got 5 out of the 8pc we ordered. We won’t be returning to that location. Too expensive to take a gamble.

Horrible drive thru experience and customer service. First the girl acts like she can’t hear me or my order, then my husband talks to her in Spanish and kept responding back in English and act like if she didn’t talk in Spanish. She didn’t understood both languages and with an attitude. Then she responds in Spanish our total due. If you’re not happy at your job then maybe look elsewhere.

I have been coming to this place for 8 years are more and this was the first time i have ever had an issue.. Ever!!!! I came through the day before and my big golden sandwich bun was burned and the sandwich was hard (meat).. the cup with with my lip was not on tight so when i pick it up the cup was smashed at the top which would caused the lip not to fit properly over the cup, so when i picked it up the drink out of it, it spilled on my clothes. ***

I went in with my cousin I hadn’t seen in 23 years and enjoyed our time there. While talking with the manager telling them about our family history she surprised us when we were done eating. She brought out dessert free of charge and a meal to go for my husband.

Will not be visiting this location again! Understood that it is connected to a gas station, but that is not an excuse for employees to have their kids behind the register near the food, the whole time, soo unsanitary. After a few minutes of seeing this, I asked for a refund. Get a babysitter!
