Asked for lightly season on my wicked wings did not get it had to send my wings back in. Cook or whomever this person was came to the window with attitude saying if I do it any lighter there will be no season on them. Well to my surprise the wings I received are over cooked and just horrible. Much as I love chicken Golden Chick has lost my business. 25$ down the drain only thing good is my rolls and fries. Never will come to this location again.

Every time I’ve gone to this place the orders are ALWAYS wrong. Today ordered 8 pc golden roast, got over salted very greasy gross fried chicken. Ordered macaroni and cheese container half empty and sides all dirty like someone had eaten out of it. Threw all this disgusting food in the trash, what a waste of $40. DO NOT waste your time at this place, they are lazy and just give you whatever is close NOT what you order. Ridiculous, no more chances.

Okay so I just came from this Golden chick about 30 minutes ago & I must say After being an employee of Golden Chick and being the best store in Garland with good reviews, I was shocked at How bad the food was. The roll , was so crispy I crunched when I bit into it. I asked the lady at the speaker for All flats on the Wicked wings and low and behold , They gave me 2 baskets with 9 big drums in it. Fries so stale you can tell they’ve been redropped in the fryer & Was very greasy. No ranch or any dipping sauce was given & my drinks were wrong. (I only thought they were right bc they were Dark) and I had 1 Fruit punch. And frankly the lady at the window was kind of slow by the brain. My parents were disappointed with their meal , but hey its okay. I hope its better next time because we really love Golden Chick. Lol thats why I chose to work there.

Wanted to fried catfish and try some of their Wicked Wings they’ve been advertising. Both were on point and I was impressed. I like that they’re fresh and perfectly battered. I look forward to going back and trying their crispy chicken sandwich and hoping it comes Wicked Style.

It’s golden chick so a fast food restaurant you know what to expect from the food but the service is really bad. You’ll wait at register without a greeting for 5 mins. Positive is that they do get food out fast.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Burned up 10 in gas waiting for 6 tenders. Almost 15 min wait and nobody was there. Still had to go in to get order. Lazy, clueless ppl 3 stars is wayyy to high. None of us will ever return. Fill up with gas b4 you go.

Today was horrible. The counter top was wet as if someone spilled their drink on it. Then after we ordered I saw the female in the back who was preparing the orders touch the food with her bare hands including the rolls. I asked the girl who was working the register if they were supposed to wear gloves because of food safety and if so they needed to put them on before they even did my order. They all 3!females went to the back and came back with a box of gloves. Then came the food as we got it to go. The chicken was hard and dry, the gravy was nothing but water and the fish was also dry and hard. Nothing about this visit was good especially the fact that they were prepairing orders without gloves on and touching the food with their bare hands. I have already sent in a complaint and I hope I hear back because I will also be contacting the health department to have an inspection done
