The food is usually good at this location, but I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered the tenders and battered fries. The tenders weren’t as fresh as they normally are and the fries were cold. It was about an hour to closing, but I still expected the food to be fresh.

I went thru the drive thru and order a 3pc combo. Jazzmi tell me that I can’t order a 3pcs combo….and charged me 9.87 for 3 breast and 2.99 for the mashed potatoes..and 3.29 for the drink. I have purchased this combo several times paying extra for the 3rd breast. My meal was $17.48. I paid it because Kentucky was out of breast… this was my last time eating at this restaurant too many childish kids and they are rude!

Report this location to corporate!! Only took one car order at a time. Waited at the speaker until the car in front of me drove off. At 8:45 the guy on the speaker stated that they were out of certain items. However come to find out it was a lie. He said he wasn’t cooking anymore since they close at 10:00.. very disrespectful. Over all experience, I don’t think I will return. Waiting line was insane waited over 30 mins for 3 cars in drive thru. I don’t work far from this place and my tenders were cold I had to reheat it up. My poppers and nuggets were ok. But just the time waiting there and if order was done at the speaker and being asked all over again what I order was a complete waste of time. No organization at all.

I ordered Mac and cheese not Mush and cheese for my side. It wasn’t even warm. And it was smushed into the bottom of these cups. I took a taste and it tasted old. I wasn’t even given a fork if I did want to eat it which I didn’t. Chicken and roll was fine but this was a sad sad side. Not to mention I wasn’t given napkins at a fried chicken place. Is that hard to ask for?

My dad and I usually ride our scooters to this place since it’s very convenient from where we live. Boss lady and her crew work very hard and always make us feel welcomed as soon as we step foot inside with friendly smiles. I love their chicken tenders and fried catfish(picture) along with their side of dirty rice.
