The food is always good here! It is fresh and hot. The employees are also very pleasant. The only issue is the same error they make concerning the honey mustard. Why would I want a 25 piece tender with only 2 sauces? And when I ask for extra they charge me but NEVER include extra. We just got the tender meal yesterday and have absolutely no sauce with our order, although the receipt calls for 6. The few times I did go back inside versus driving back through the drive thru for the requested and paid for extra sauce the manager seem very annoyed that I wanted the extra. 25 tenders shouldn’t come with extra sauce?

This place is so inconsistent. Just so y’all know 1 ranch is free but if you ask for 2 then you get charged for 2. Someone make it make sense. Then This lady comes to the window boss hogs the window from the original cashier to ask me if I ordered a meal. Yes I ordered a meal I didn’t order a number I don’t eat meat. I eat okra and fries that’s my meal. $7.11 is the cost of my meal. This just literally irritated me to write a review in which I never do.

Who ever took orders today through drive through was just rushing me for my order and sounded so annoyed just didn’t want to be there. If you don’t like working there, quit and go somewhere else. They didn’t have gravy so she asked me what other side I’d like ect. So I told her okay, and to give me a second to choose. Then not 5 seconds later she asked me over AND OVER and over. Please. Whoever you are, find a better job that you’re more happy because you sound miserable.

We tried the shrimp and fish this past Wednesday. Overall the flavor is good but the shrimp is not as big as what they show on TV. The fish pieces we received weren’t very thick. The pieces in my husband’s order was more crust than fish. On the other hand your roasted chicken is amazing. We love Golden Chick.

Best golden chick by far. Chicken is always fresh and super crispy and if you want it spicy they will not be shy w the seasoning! My husband and I drive to this location specially even though we have another 2 that are closer(lavon, and sachse) it never disappoints. Thanks for all the hard work and the good service.

Was served spoiled chicken tenders, like REALLY spoiled. I thought the smell and texture was off (was cutting them up for my 2 year old) but I don’t eat fried food often. One bite, I knew for sure. I gagged immediately Glad I tried a bite before giving to my kiddos. Definitely won’t be back.

If I could give this location lower than 1 Star it would be more accurate so I apologize. I came here to eat lunch with another and spent more than $22 for some wings and tenders. Cashier got my order wrong and the wicked wings had to meat to it, burnt down to nothing but bread and zing powder, the tenders tasted like the marination was to old or sat to long or to raw. PLUS the drinks we got the same, was watered down and tasted like it needed to be changed, when try to call nobody answers the phone. I live a distance and I came out my way to bring recite and manger told me “no food I can’t do anything” As working in HR I know the customer is always right in terms HOWEVER it doesn’t affect your paycheck to remake some disgusting food that’s overpriced. I’m sure I won’t get a resolution but just keep driving.
