I absolutely love this location! I am a Golden Chick Fan. This location, by far, is hands down the best of all the locations that I have ever been! I go out of my way most of the time to visit their location. My food is always hot, correct, and delicious. I frequent the drive-thru to see the same cashier that always does an exemplary job. I love their service so much that I stopped by today just to say thank you for great service and a job well done! Other establishments that I have gone to often short me on my order or use too much seasonings on my wicked wings. This location deserves recognition Thank you so much, I have visited your location at least 15 times in the last month, and this wonderful experience has been the same each time!!!

I visited this location on 07/14/2023. The host was the manager Virginia. I placed my order explained I have 2 coupon for 2 combos. I arrived at the window and handed Virginia the coupons that came from the corporate office. Virginia then stated I can not accept this. I asked why it states I can use them at any location. Virginia then stated ” this is a franchise okay fine I will accept only one” I asked to speak with a manager ?” Virginia stated I am the manager.” I explained I do not see where I can not combine the coupons. I even asked to make 2 orders to use the coupons. I was told no! Virginia then stated ” I’m not accepting the second coupon.” The customer service was very poor she produced an attitude when it wasn’t necessary. I feel like as a manager representing the company the coupon came from the corporate office and should have been accepted. I would like a full refunded.

What a great place to dine , best dining experience I’ve had in many years , the young lady at the register on Saturday fed 5 ,2:45 pm was a great asset to ur copany , she knows her job n sells the buisness with pride . She is definitely rare I. Asuming she maybe a manager and she definitely deserves resignation. Young lady u should be very proud of how professional u are .If I opened a buisness ide hire u in a flash .

Incredibly patient and kind staff. My friends and I were certainly annoying as we tried to determine the best deal and ask likely inane questions, and the entire time they were patient and polite to us. They even offered a taste test when we questioned their Mac n cheese. Which certainly held up, bought a family size. Def the location I would return to each time.

Black Guy with the dreds was working the drive through. He dropped my card out of the drive through window and didn’t say “I’m sorry” “ I apologize” or nothing. Just looked at me as I got out of my vehicle to find my debt card under my truck! That was very rude smh. I understand accidents happen but at least acknowledge. Rude.

Definitely one of the better Golden Chicks in the area. Rolls are nice, soft, and warm! Chicken is crisp to perfection and cooked all the way through! The fries are toasty! And adding spice doesn’t make it extremely spicy, just nice and seasoned. And you can tell by the pictures they didn’t just cram everything in the box or bag, unlike the one on Josey. I’d definitely recommend this place and I’ll be back for sure!!

Food is always good. Chicken fresh and hot any sides hot and fresh. Update my first post was based on many previous visits well I went in today I ordered or I attempted to order a mixer on previous visits I always checked my receipt there never was a 2.00 up charge for premium sides well todY tgey wanted to charge for poppers. So how do you charge for other sides when it says two family sides it does not list any exclusions after this experience I’d simply rather take my business elsewhere.
