We went today and ordered a family meal 10 legs and thighs) we got 4 wings and my kids start eating two of them! so I went back and ask for replacement since I paid for legs and thighs not wings! the cashier ask me to bring the wings back so she can replace them which i completely understand that she want to make sure but when I gave her the two wings she went back and gave me one thigh I said why only one? She just ignored me and went back I got very upset and ask my kids to give me the other two wings and ask back for a refund or four pieces which I paid for that!

Waited over 15 to 20 minutes in the drive through waiting to order. Person taking orders ask me if I was ready, started to order and then silence for 10mins. I understand stand being busy, but there was one car in front of me and none in the parking lot. I enjoy eating here, but I won’t be back for a while. Unfortunately.

I was waiting at the front counter for service when the woman cooking the food sneezed, using her arm to help, but did not wash her hands/change gloves before she resumed preparing the food for customers. I left and will not be coming back to this location ever again. Too bad because it’s the only one close to here and Golden Chick is one of my favorite places to eat. Disgusting.

About 15 minutes till loby closing an we apologized and offered to go through the drive-through. The employee said it was ok and seemed genuine about it as well. Little bit of a wait, but for the three of us, we got fresh food, and the employees were friendly. We tried to eat quickly and leave no mess. Slightly sticky table when we sat. But it’s been a long time since I’ve had a great experience from a fast food stop.

I asked for a four piece chicken strip. I got a four piece chicken on a bun which I don’t eat meat on a bone. And then charge me for sauce that I never got ridiculous and then of course I get to work and I have to not get to eat lunch because I didn’t have time to go and say anything because then my lunch would’ve been over

Normally we have a good experience and we go very often. Tonight was very different. We told them we wanted a 6 piece spicy golden tenders and they gave us 4 original. The guy who took our order was rude when we told him that we had order a 6 piece golden tender meal and they haven’t gave us it. Very disappointed because we are always there. The workers were also playing around.

Horrible customer service. My jalapeño I ordered was smashed to were the juice from it spilled all inside the bag and out of it. I couldn’t enjoy it. I always ask for no ice in my drink, the soda pop spilled on the outside of the cup and they attempted to hand it to me. I asked if the cup could be wiped off, the young teenage boy didn’t like that. Customer service isn’t the correct terminology for this business.
