We just ordered food and are completely disgusted by the service at this place. We were so hopefull. But, ordered a Mexican bowl “American style” (did ask for the lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream on the side so it would travel well) but, what we got was a disgrace. … They forgot the rice (1 of the 2 main ingredients) and when I called to tell them about it, we had to argue with the staff to make it right. And, after getting aggravated and arguing they agreed to send us the rice, It was ridiculous what they sent … We won’t be ordering from them again after this. $30 for a ridiculous SMALL amount of food, horrible service and all this agravation … Not for me! Posting pictures as proof … Next time we will go to Chipolte … We tried to shop local small business but, they just disappointed us. Same problem as the last place, expensive for the small portions and bad customer service.

I have yet to dine-in, but I’ve done delivery twice and have yet to be disappointed. The food has come faster than expected both times, and neither of my orders have been incorrect. Everything has such amazing flavor. So far, I’m a satisfied customer and will continue to order from here.

Have been eating here since opening and tonight’s (2.11.18) experience was the last one. Waited to post since I asked for a manager to call me – no response to date (2.19.18). The positive first: food was delivered fresh, hot, and accurate. Chicken was a bit dry. Negative: Ordered telephonically and was quoted a specific total, which was paid immediately via cc. Note that there is $2.00 delivery free. However, upon delivery the quote was inaccurate since the restaurant tacked on a “convenience fee. Immediately telephoned the restaurant however manager/owner was not present. Could have disputed it with cc, but the review here will speak for itself. Being dishonest to any customer for 85 cents has costed two long serving customers. Did I mention that there website reflects free delivery!

I absolutely love this place! Best Authentic Mexican food in town, along with friendly people who work there. Daily Specials, good sized portions, and new items being added to their ever growing menu. Their Tacos Pastor is my favorite, along with their enchiladas, and their burritos. OMG that Locorito, will definitely make you full. If you like spicy try their hot sauces (you wont be disappointed) Everything in there is delicious!!

I had a loco borito that i split with a friend. It was huge, with lots of flavor. The black beans and guacamole is delicious. Best hot sauces. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. The food was hot, fresh and I didn’t have to wait long.

Have not been here for a long time because service sucks! Still sucks! Ordered by phone at 7 pm for pick. Was told it would be about 40 minutes. Went to pick it up at 7:40 and order was never put in. The cashier asked them to work on my order first and told me to give them 10 mins. and the cook walked over and put it at the end of the line stating in Spanish that too bad because this order is going to take a long time. Unbeknownst to her I speak Spanish so I cancelled my order and walked out! Never going back now!!!!

Food was not bad, although not great. I order chicken flautas and was disappointed with the lack of flavor and small portion. Not very much rice or bean sides where included either, for the $10 I spent I was really hoping for more.

Definitely some of the best Mexican food in the area. The tacos are delicious (especially the carnitas), the maduros warm my soul, and the desserts are all delightful. This is not a fancy place by any means, but I love coming in for lunch or dinner with a friend, swapping tacos over bottles of Jarritos. Nothing fancy, but this place will easily satisfy cravings for just some good Mexican food.

Good Quesadillas BUT WE ORDERED A DELIVERY AT 6:10PM AND GOT IT AT 7:55!!! And it was just a quesadilla and another appetizer. Had to call them twice before getting it. The food is good but I would not order a take out from them again!
