Used to love this place. Now they act like the crackers are coming out of their paychecks. I ordered for four people (myself and my three kids) and was told I couldn’t have four packs of crackers and that the two packs I got shouldn’t have been given to me because I didn’t order a 3-way. It’s probably managements fault but, the lady didn’t have to be rude about it. I swear they should give her a cracker police uniform to wear, since she was so excited to jump in front of the girl helping and tell me how big of a favor they did for me!

The food is amazing forsure. The workers were friendly. The reason I’m giving 3 stars for service is because they kept getting things wrong. First the guy handed me the bag and I could see the cheese and onions for the 3 way and 4 way onion still sitting there and there were no napkins or plastic ware. I told him and he got them. That distracted me and I didn’t realize there was also no crackers in the bag till I got home. I ordered 1 cheese coney for my wife and 2 chili cheese sandwiches for me as I hate dogs. Once I got home I realized there were hot dogs on all of them and her coney had mustard and onion on it whit she hates. All we ended up being able to eat was the 3 and 4 ways with no crackers. I kept trying to call and let them know but no one answers. Pretty bad experience. The time before that they didn’t put any cheese in the bag. I just moved back to Cinci and this is the 2nd time I’ve been there since getting here. Guess I should look for a different location.
