We always. ALWAYS come to a Gold Star when we come up to Ohio for the holidays. Cincinnati Chili may not be everyone’s favorite, but it’s definitely a favorite of ours! This Gold Star in particular is probably the BEST location to come to. Our server Christie/(Christy?) was and is the most outstanding, kind, generous server we’ve ever met. Even remembering my mom and sister’s faces, orders and what we came up here for two months back!

Literally everything I go here I spend about 50 to 70 dollars I have a decent size family. They Literally forget food every time. Now I could see it if it was once or twice but every single time? We just went last night spent 60 and they forgot my son’s food and half of the coney crate. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Learn to complete an order accurately. We ordered from Door Dash and you put no cheese on the 4-way, no straws for a shake. No hot sauce. Stale hotdog buns. Chocolate shake was vanilla. We threw everything away. Skyline over Gold Star any day! Frustrating.

I was just inside and one of the employees who was making food was scratching her arms, touching her face. I even seen her wipe her nose and immediately pick up another customers burger. All with gloves, all while making food. All in less than a few minutes. I was disgusted. I left immediately. Won’t be back.

Ordered the Harvest Pecan Chicken Salad. The lettuce was not mixed greens but instead big pieces of hard lettuce. No pecans, un-ripened tomatoes, and hardly any chicken. I paid $8.99 for a full size container of trash.
