The food was great. The lady that was working the drive through was very sweet and helpful. She treated my fur baby so nicely and helped me figure out what to order. She did not steer me wrong with the gorito and my pug loved his hot dog. Thank you for being so warm patient and kind. Also I liked their sweet tea.

Me and my buddy James stopped here all the way from Cleveland to get some good food. Buns were fresh, fries were fresh and burger was on kill! Place is super clean. Kaitlin the manager was awesome and her mom was great too. I belive they deserve a raise based on how well they took care of us. The cook was great and she had a very nice smile on her face like she really enjoys working here.

Stopped to get gas on my way home from vacation and saw “coneys”. Went in and ordered four of them that come with mustard, onion and cheese. They did not get ate by my husband and I til the next day. I must say even after reheating them, they were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! We both thought they were so good and we will be stopping there again when we go to The Smokey mountains. I can only imagine how great they are fresh. Very clean, friendly employees and service was very quick. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been in there at least once a week for three months and usually get the same thing. This month alone I have been in there 5 times, 3 of those times I left without even ordering because the wait time for dining in was over 20 minutes both times the first time was because I was alone and even when I tried to the server’s attention I was ignored when I finally got up to inform them I was leaving and why her response was I’m sorry I thought you where waiting on someone to join. I’ve been in customer service for 25 yrs even if that was the case you still offer to get them something while they wait you don’t stand at the counter eating a hamburger while playing on your phone. It was the first time I had trouble with anything there so a few days later I go back inside was a little more busy I sit down server comes right over gets my drink says I’ll be back to get your order (which I was already to give because I get the same thing everytime) so I set there for 25 mins watching while on employee take a few drive thru orders, and it takes 4 other employees to get the pre-made food together into containers and bagged up for drive thru while just one other employees has to take care of the entire dining room and everything that goes with it also while eating in between other things. When I finally got here attention she came to give me my check only for her to finally realize she never got my order when I told her I was leaving she tried to charge me for the drink which was still on the table with maybe one sip taken out of it (I like to have a drink while eating). Next time I go in server’s great ,food great, took a little to get the food than it should especially since I noticed once again 4 employees in the kitchen area and only one for the entire dining room. Go in the next time dining room is a complete mess there are 4 empty tables and all of them dirty I sit at the least dirty table I’m there maybe 2 minutes a guy comes in sits at another table a busser comes straight to the guys table and clears it off and offers him a drink while he waits, gets his drink then goes and clears the other 2 empty tables (now I know both her and the server saw me come in, server told me to take a seat wherever I could fine one, the busser said she’d be right over to clear it for me) another 5 mins have past people have come in gotten their drinks from the busser, more tables have been cleaned. Today I actually in a hurry so I just get up to leave when the busser finally makes her way to my table to see if she could get me a drink at which point I informed her that I realized they are busy but their customer service has really gone down that I was there before any if these new people and not only are their tables clean and they have drinks but the server has already taken 2 of their orders. And this last time which sadly for awhile will be the last time, as per usual a bunch of employees in the back one for the dining room, place is busy like last time only a few dirty tables available I look around everyone has food so I decided I’ll give them 2 mins if someone isn’t at my table by then I am out and for the last time. 1 min and 47 seconds later (yes I timed it) server is the and my order was given. So it’s been awhile back lol where I state I get the same thing every time, well I do so I know depending on how the plate it, the way it should be plated on three separate plates or the let try to make the fat single lady seem less pathetic by putting these two things on the larger plate so any one looking will only see two plates way. So I get a cheese fry and 2 Forgritos, the forgritos are literally the size of the serving plate I was surprised the first time I got one which is the main reason I never complained that 3 items cost over 17 dollars without the tip so imagine my surprise when she brings out two small plates with all my food on it, the made the forgritos literally half their size but them both on the same plate that one usually fills up. We just had a lunch here, food was quick and fresh. It’s a nice fast food place with servers. Vegetarian chili was surprisingly good. Kids chicken fingers and hot dogs were hot. Good experience overall.

Server was awesome, place was clean, music not too loud but food was bad. Hotdogs were cold and cheese tasted funny. Usually this place is our favorite.

Amy should not be in customer service, I’ve been going to this goldstar since last year and every time I go, she acts and looks like she hates it there. Today was the last time I’ll ever go back, she kept trying to turn down my free burger coupons from the contest they had last year, she was handling the food and her cell phone with the same gloves, and the other girls working there were petting a dog and went back to handling customers foods without washing their hands.

I showed up a hour before they closed, then when I was in the drive thru the workers says there closed, as the employees was yelling at me through the parking lot, I highly recommend not coming to Crittenden gold star, if u do u will get a 3 way that has half chilli on it, last time I got it I tasted more noodles then I did chili, there garbage, don’t believe me see for urself
