Customer service and hospitality needs improvement definitely. We asked the hostess if we could be seated in the shade as it was not busy and plenty of different seating options were empty and she replied ” that section was just cleaned for dinner and is unavailable ” I was hungry so I didn’t say anything. Never been told I couldn’t have more favorable seating in a place that was almost empty. This place has decent food but the staff needs a pick me upper and some enthusiasm. We were rushed to order and reminded that lunch was soon ending. Over priced food for understated dishes. Hire people with personality.

US Carrier Compliance
Ordered a meal for a family of four. Two adults and two kids. Worse experience I’ve personally had with dining in Oahu. We came before the dinner rush and received only partial portions of our meal (valued at roughly 170 dollars) kids received only two parts of their three course meal. We received our appetizers after about 45 minutes. Service was non communicative and dismissive. Kids had already gotten their apps and main meal and were finished by the time we saw any adult appetizers.

Such a great place!! The food was delicious and the staff was great even with it being busy. Honestly every person was just great. We had two different sushi rolls, both amazing. Also the short ribs and roaster chicken were very good. The atmosphere is also very pretty. Overall I really love this place.

We made a reservation for 530, showed up on time, got sat right at 530. The kids got their first course brought out right away. We asked the person that dropped the kid’s appetizers out if we had to order appetizers on the app, he said we needed to order from the waitress and walked away. The kids finished their food before she came to get our drink orders, she didn’t give us a chance to order our appetizers. 20 minutes later we finally got our teas and our appetizer and dinner order in. We received our appetizers and the kids got their meals. We sat for an hour and a half and never received our meals. We told the wait staff, who we had to track down, and they brought our check with no third course for the kids meals and no main course for us. We paid full price for the kids meals, even though they didn’t receive their desserts. Worst experience I have ever had. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Paid $100 to leave hungry.

Excellent food and service nice outside seating. We had edamame in soy sauce garlic fantastic the appetizers Fry basket fried portobello mushrooms with incredible cream dipping sauce bruatta cheese bread with salmon so flavorful and dessert halo shave ice there was so many amazing flavors and different textures so refreshing this desert! We will be back for sure it’s a real culinary experience worth the price for everything.
