I placed an order online with this location at 5:37 PM on a Sunday. When I walked in 20 minutes later to pick it up, the two people working first said “no” as if I had not ordered. When they went to the computer to look, my order was there so they gave me a big story about power outages and how it keeps messing with their online system so they don’t know they have orders. They then proceeded to tell me they had 10 pizzas in front of me and it would be about two hours. What a complete joke.

I would give them 5 stars, because the pizza is hot and delicious and the service is friendly, but they never answer the phone, so we have to go in and order, losing valuable time.
