Sorry to say but it was bad . We had to wait 2 hour’s for our pizza! We placed the order , paid and the guy for got to make it ! Now mind you I’m for Tulsa and my wife wanted Godfathers! I told her “HELL WE COULD’VE DROVE HOME AND BACK BEFORE WE GOT THE PIZZA!”

I ordered online @ 833 pm, I received an email that said that I can pickup @ 903, I got there a few minutes late, around 910, for the lady to say that she had been swamped with large pizza orders and didn’t get a chance to look at to go orders( literally 1 customer was there) She also tried to charge me again and then realized the mistake, apologized and said She would give me a discount on something that I have already paid for online.. I am currently still sitting here @ 923 pm.. I didn’t cancel because I didn’t think that I would get my money back…. I won’t come here again, not to mention The lady is high as a kite…..

This past experience was horrible. I ordered my pizza inside at the counter. My order was written down clearly and was told ot would be 20mins. I waited in my car and came back and my order was not ready. The guy there was clueless and the lady that took my order points to my order she took. He proceeded to tell me he’ll make it right away and offered me a free personal pizza. The wait was another 20mins. I went home and sent husband to pick up the pizza. My husband call me to tell me the order they made was not my order they got it wrong. We had to wait another 20mins so now we are up to an hour. Their whole system/process is out of wack. Not sure if a manager was on duty or not but if so some changes need to happen and the staff needs training and interpersonal skills training along with customer service.

Pizza was good. It took so long for my order though. Was supposed to be ready by 6:30pm. I was late and it wasn’t even started on when I finally got there so I had to wait. Thad was the whole reason I ordered ahead so I could just walk in and pick it up. Everyone was waiting for their orders for over 20 minutes.
