Ordered 4 pizza rolls and left to head back home got home to realize they didn’t put cheese in them. Called and they wouldn’t do anything for me said I had to drive all the way back there to do anything about it. Treated me like a liar. Poor customer service. Who ever is in charge clearly has anger issues and doesn’t care at all about his customers.

Been wanting pizza, tried this truck stop godfathers. Horrible service, didn’t tell me when my pizza was done. Claimed that I didn’t order what I ordered when she clearly repeated my order, almost $8 for 4 bites of pizza. Pizza was good, probably won’t do this again. If you don’t want to come to work, stay home! Oh I forgot, it’s Memphis… just shut it down!

Service was slow, almost like they didn’t want to serve us. Our pizza was done and just sitting there in the oven, not taken out right away like everyone before us. The man working there sees our pizza sitting at the end of the oven, because the chick decided to not get our pizza….they supposedly ran out of pizza boxes so he puts our two slices on top of the other two slices in a wings box — hot melted cheese on top of each other! You can’t take the pieces apart! GARBAGE!!

How can you run an establishment with out having the main thing large dough!!! Your in a truck stop that caterer to hungry truck drivers looking for a hot meal. Ordering a large pizza is a better deal during this pandemic. Most truckers are diving around with their families and looking for a family meal more the individual meals. It’s more cost affective. This is the worst I had to order small pizza which cost me more money then the $20 meal deal! Godfather Pizza needs to step up your game and have everything in stock!!!!!

I asked for a large pizza extra cheese and sausage,and they gave me a pepperoni and sausage with extra cheese. So I sent it back and I had to wait for twenty minutes for the other pizza and It still wasn’t right, it still had pepperoni’s on it when I asked for sausage. It was the worst pizza that I ever had. Kendra one of the workers was rude and inconsiderate, ignorant and bougie. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody.

If you want to order a large pizza or a pizza that hasn’t been pre-made and sat in a hotbox for hours on end, the employees will just tell you they’re “out of dough” when you want a regular pizza to order. Normally I’d give the employee the benefit of the doubt, but they say the same thing at almost every other Love’s I’ve tried to order a pizza at, which forces me to come to the conclusion that they don’t get paid enough to care or put any effort into their job whatsoever.

Pizza was great but the last 3 times we have tried to place an order no one will answer the phone so you place an order. One time the young lady at from the gas station had to take our order and take it to them. The phone just rings and rings.
